J	Josef Huber (Semikolon) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hauptsächlich geöffnete Ware, als ich gefragt habe ob es das Produkt auch in versiegelter OVP gibt wurde mir nach einen kurzen Blick in das Regal eine bereits aufgerissene Schachtel gereicht mit den Worten: "Das wurde noch nicht verwendet." Als ich diese nicht haben wollte, hätte es sehr viele Optionen für eine bemühte Mitarbeiterin gegeben, die alle Lösungsorientiert gewesen wären. - Das Produkt gemeinsam mit dem Kunden öffnen um ihm zu zeigen dass noch alles original ist. (Was bei der Verpackung eher auszuschließen war) - Dem Kunden anbieten ein neues Produkt zu bestellen, wäre für mich eine Lösung gewesen, da ich es nicht auf die Sekunde gebrauchte hätte. - In einer weiteren Filiale anrufen und fragen ob die es noch ungeöffnet lagernden haben oder zumindest auf diese verweisen falls der Anruf zu viel Arbeit ist, immerhin ist die nächste in der Passage. - Oder auch die bereits geöffnete Ware reduziert anbieten, wäre für mich zwar keine Option gewesen aber trotzdem erwähnenswert. In meinen Fall hab ich das Produkt trotzdem bei euch gekauft (in OVP), in der Linzer Filiale bei einer sehr netten Mitarbeiterin die auch aktiv nachgefragt ob man noch weiter behilflich sein kann. Mainly opened goods, when I asked if the product is also in sealed OVP I was after a quick look on the shelf an already torn box with the words: "That has not been used." When I did not want this, there would have been many options for a hard-working employee, all of whom would have been solution-oriented. - Open the product together with the customer to show him that everything is still original. (What was more likely to be excluded in the packaging) - Ordering the customer to order a new product would have been a solution for me, as I would not have used it on the second. - Call in another branch and ask if they have stored unopened or at least refer to them if the call is too much work, after all, the next in the passage. - Or offer the already opened goods reduced, would not have been an option for me, but still worth mentioning. In my case, I've still bought the product from you (in original packaging), in the Linz branch with a very nice employee who also actively asked if you can help further.

Die Verkäuferinnen sind sehr zuvorkommend und die Beratung ist mehr als zufriedenstellend. Very good advice!
