★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte einen Klospülungs"notfall" .... die zwei Installateure kamen superpünktlich, hatten aufgrund meiner vorherigen Erklärungen bereits alles mit was sie brauchten (nicht wie andere, die dann erst mal Ersatzteile kaufen gehen müssen), und haben das Problem binnen 20 Minuten einwandfrei beseitigt. Beide waren sehr höflich und haben sich ungefragt sogar die Schuhe ausgezogen, bevor sie meine Wohnung betreten haben. Notfallhilfe vom feinsten. 5 Sterne. C. Klein, Südstadt
Had a toilet flush "emergency" .... the two installers came super punctually, had due to my previous explanations already with everything they needed (not like others, who then have to buy spare parts), and have the problem within 20 minutes flawlessly eliminated. Both were very polite and even took off their shoes without asking, before they entered my apartment. Emergency assistance at its finest. 5 Stars. C. Klein, South City
