Der Preis in diesen Heim ist pro Platz und ist einer der kleinsten in Österreich! Studenten können hier 3 wunderbare Terrassen genießen. Eine riesige Terasse in 2 Stock und 2 Terrassen im 8 Stock mit einen erstaunlichen Fernblick über die Stadt. Der Studenten Heim hat auch ein Kraftkammer und ein legendärer Sauna die leider momentan zugesperrt ist. Die Gesellschaft war hier 1A, viele internationale Studenten. Der Hauswart ist ein Hilfsbereiter Mensch. ?? For me the best student home in Vienna. The location is excellent, the rooms are small but sufficient for an active student. The price in this home is per place and is one of the smallest in Austria! Students can enjoy 3 wonderful terraces here. A huge terrace on the 2nd floor and 2 terraces on the 8th floor with an amazing view over the city. The student home also has a weight room and a legendary sauna which is unfortunately currently closed. The society here was great, many international students. The caretaker is a helpful person. ??

For the rest: rooms are way too small, in summer too hot, the walls are thin, so you will hear everything the neighbours say, even if they just talk normally, so imagine how loud it is if your neighbours have a strong voice. Also, the internet connection is mostly unstable, unreliable and slow (and is not included in the price), even though the administration has been informed many times, but everytime they say it's not their fault. If you are a party person, it's also not a good place, since the administration is very restrictive with allowing parties. I would not suggest this place. Only consider to live here if you REALLY have no other choices.
