★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viel zu überteuerte Wohnung! Braucht man die Immobilie oder die Hausverwaltung meldet sich sehr selten jemand!! Diese Wohnungen würde ich nicht weiterempfehlen.
Far too overpriced apartment! If you need the property or the property management, very rarely someone will contact you!! I would not recommend these apartments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine Wohnung mit ausgelagerten HEIZ- und Wasserkosten zu verkaufen ist wohl der neue Trick um optisch billiger zu scheinen. Leider kommt man da erst später drauf.
Selling an apartment with outsourced HEATING and water costs is probably the new trick to appear visually cheaper. Unfortunately, you only get that later.

The feedback is that Josipa is a very good professional with over 10 years experience in the real estate field, has a good English level and answered all the questions in the most detailed manner. Also very understanding and responsive at decision changes from my side and always there to offer alternatives and search for best suitable solutions. WIGA is indeed one of the most serious players in Graz area when looking at their portofolio.
