Ich bin mit der Leistung der Hausverwaltung sehr zufrieden, da sie sehr transparent arbeitet, wirklich verlässlich ist und sich für die Anliegen von uns Eigentümern viel Zeit nimmt. Auf Anfragen wird immer prompt geantwortet sowie gegebenenfalls auch entsprechend gehandelt. Wenn Erhaltungsarbeiten am Haus notwendig sind, hat unser Verwalter immer sehr preiswerte Fachleute bei der Hand. Im Verhältnis zu anderen Hausverwaltungen, die wir uns angesehen haben, ist auch das Verwaltungshonorar sehr günstig. Für uns zuständig ist Herr Dr. Lanzer, den ich als Hausverwalter nur jedem ans Herz legen kann. Wir fühlen uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Weiter so! This is the property management of our house. I am very satisfied with the performance of the property management team, as it works very transparently, is really reliable and takes a lot of time for the concerns of us owners. Inquiries are always answered promptly and, if necessary, action is taken accordingly. If maintenance work on the house is necessary, our caretaker always has inexpensive specialists at hand. Compared to other property management companies that we have looked at, the management fee is also very cheap.
