Abgesehen davon, dass auf eine saubere und schöne Fertigstellung der Wohnung und des Gesamtobjektes kein Wert gelegt wird, sind die Verträge sehr schwammig und undurchsichtig formuliert. Auch die Pläne sind so ausgeführt, dass ein einfacher Konsument davon sehr wenig ableiten. Damit werden potenzielle Käufer bewusst falsch in Kenntnis gesetzt und hinters Licht geführt. Bei Nachfragen wird gleich mit Rechtsanwalt und Gericht gedroht!! Es besteht auch mangelnde Qualität der Professionisten, welche am Bauobjekt beteiligt waren. Offensichtlich an den Metallarbeiten, Außen- sowie Innenputz, Fenster und Außenjalousien etc. Ich kann von dieser Firma nur abraten! Apart from the fact that no value is placed on a clean and beautiful completion of the apartment and the entire property, the contracts are very vague and opaque. The plans are also designed in such a way that a simple consumer can derive very little from them. In this way, potential buyers are deliberately misinformed and deceived. If you ask, you are threatened with a lawyer and a court! There is also a poor quality of the professionals who were involved in the construction project. Obviously on the metal work, exterior and interior plaster, windows and exterior blinds, etc. I can only advise against this company!
