K	Karen Ines Scheuerer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich schreibe normalerweise keine schlechten Rezensionen aber dieses Autohaus übertrifft wirklich alles. 1) Das Verhalten beim Autokauf bzw. beim Beratungsgespräch war schon mal so derartig von oben herab, als müsste ich als potenzieller Käufer darum betteln, adäquat beraten zu werden. Nur weil wir beide jung aussehen, allerdings Mitte 30 sind und ein gepflegtes und professionelles Auftreten an den Tag gelegt haben, gibt es einem Autoverkäufer noch lange nicht das Recht uns das Gefühl zu vermitteln, als könnten "sich die Jungen das Auto eh nicht leisten" und deshalb respektlos zu behandeln, als wären wir dumme Jugendliche 2) Wenn man beim Autoservice auf Mängel hinweist,werden diese belächelt oder als normal dargestellt. Diese Auffälligkeiten gäbe es öfter bei dieser Automarke und damit müsse man klar kommen. Dies ist uns jetzt schon 2 Mal passiert. 3) Es ist nicht möglich, Serviceleistungen mittels Rechnung/Überweisung zu bezahlen. So etwas haben wir bisher auch noch in keinem anderen Autohaus erlebt. Das gesamte menschliche Erscheinungsbild dieser Firma ist geprägt von Respektlosigkeit, Überheblichkeit und schlechten Service. Es ist schade, dass man sich als Kunde wie ein Bittsteller fühlen muss. Sobald es uns möglich ist, werden wir das Autohaus wechseln. I don't usually write bad reviews, but this dealership really beats anything. 1) The behavior when buying a car or during a consultation was so condescending that I, as a potential buyer, had to beg for adequate advice. Just because we both look young, but are in our mid-30s and have a well-groomed and professional demeanor, does not give a car salesman the right to make us feel as if "the boys can't afford the car anyway" and therefore to be treated disrespectfully as if we were stupid youngsters 2) If you point out defects to the car service, they are ridiculed or presented as normal. These abnormalities occur more often with this car brand and you have to deal with that. This has happened to us twice now. 3) It is not possible to pay for services by invoice / transfer. We have never seen anything like this in any other dealership. The entire human appearance of this company is marked by disrespect, arrogance and poor service. It's a shame that as a customer you have to feel like a supplicant. As soon as we can, we will change dealers.

Nach dem Ankaufstest gab er mir ein Ablehnungsangebot für den Golf (ein völlig intaktes Fahrzeug mit 70.000 km für 6.000 € minus 2.000 € für eine einzige winzige Delle am Dach). Dieser Golf wird derzeit für etwa 14.000 € gehandelt. Im Verlauf der Preisvergleiche ist auch aufgefallen, dass die Autos bei Wiesental Troststr. die teuersten Fahrzeuge waren. Wiesental Troststrasse ...sieht mich nie wieder. I wanted to return a Golf 6 in Feb. 22 and buy a "Junge Sterne" A 180. The seller wasn't particularly interested from the start. After the purchase test he gave me a rejection offer for the Golf (a fully intact vehicle with 70,000 km for €6,000 minus €2,000 for a single tiny dent on the roof). This Golf is currently trading for around €14,000. In the course of the price comparisons, it was also noticed that the cars at Wiesental Troststr. were the most expensive vehicles. Wiesental Troststrasse ...will never see me again.
