Y	Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 02.08.2018 19:14 die Dame die bei der Anmeldung für die Chirurgieambulanz arbeitet macht einen besorgten Patienten nieder " sie hätten zum Hausarzt können" "es ist bestimmt nix schlimmes( mit einer herablassenden Stimme), warum arbeitet ein solch unfreundlicher uneinfühlsamer Mensch an der ersten Anlaufstelle einer Ambulanz?!?! 02.08.2018 19:14 the lady who works at the registration for the surgery outpatient clinic kills a worried patient "they could have gone to the family doctor" "it is definitely nothing bad (with a condescending voice), why is such an unfriendly, incomprehensible person working on the first point of contact for an ambulance?!?!
G	Ge Ko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das einzige was diese Klinik kann, ist Menschen warten lassen. In Drittländern hat man eine bessere medizinische Hilfe als in der Rudolfstiftung. Reinste Katastrophe!!! The only thing this clinic can do is keep people waiting. In third countries you have better medical help than in the Rudolf Foundation. Pure catastrophe !!!

Auf meine Frage um 12.40 wie lange es noch dauern würde, meinte die überforderte Schwester dass sie es weiterleiten würde. An wen ? Das weiß sie wohl selber nicht. Denn ich warte noch immer ..... ENT AMBULANCE appointment 11.15 At 1:15 pm I'm still sitting there. When I asked at 12:40 how long it would take, the overburdened sister said that she would forward it. To whom ? She probably does not know that herself. Because I'm still waiting .....
K	Katka Valentinska on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlimmster Krankenhausaufenthalt, den ich jemals hatte. Die Notaufnahme - Anlieferung mit der Rettung: Schlechte Betreuung, inakzeptabel unhöflicher Tonfall (ausserdem per Du mit Fremden?) und nicht einmal die Verwaltungsunterlagen waren auf den korrekten Namen ausgestellt. Das einzige Thema - das neue Notaufnahme Annahmesystem und die Unzufriedenheit des Personals darüber. Weinende PatientInnen - Kinder wie Erwachsene - (mit offensichtlichen Leidensdruck) wurden ignoriert und lagen isoliert von Angehörigen und Pflegepersonal in einem Zwischengang. Meine Angehörige musste sich den Platz an meiner Seite regelrecht erkämpfen. Dort bekam es auch keiner mit, als ich plötzlich "weg" war. Zum Glück stand meine Mutter daneben und veranlasste, dass die Infusion abgebrochen wurde und nach 6h Aufenthalt mal Blutdruck gemessen wurde. Der Mensch blieb hier komplett auf der Strecke. Schlimm, dass der Gesundheitssektor totverwaltet wird. Dort arbeiten keine Menschen, sondern Maschinen. Auf die Frage wo man sich beschweren könnte kam als Antwort "Beschweren, worüber willst dich beschweren?" Nie wieder in dieses Krankenhaus! Worst hospitalization I've ever had. The emergency room - delivery with the rescue: Poor care, unacceptable rude tone (also you with strangers?) And not even the administrative documents were issued on the correct name. The only topic - the new emergency room acceptance system and the dissatisfaction of the staff about it. Crying patients - both children and adults - (with obvious distress) were ignored and isolated from relatives and caregivers. My family members had to fight for the space at my side. Nobody got there, when I was suddenly "gone". Fortunately, my mother stood by and caused the infusion to be stopped and blood pressure measured after 6h stay. The human remained completely on the track here. Bad that the health sector is being administered dead. There are no people working there, but machines. When asked where to complain came in response "complain, what are you trying to complain about?" Never again in this hospital!
Z	Zimtschnecke 01 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Krankenhaus, wo Menschen für Menschen arbeiten. Ich war Patient auf der Station 7A/ Chirurgie. Natürlich musste auch ich bei den Untersuchungen vor der OP warten. Aber was hier täglich für Menschenmassen medizinisch betreut werden, meine Hochachtung vor jedem Angestellten. Und ein Danke an "7A" und das Team im OP-Bereich! A hospital where people work for people. I was a patient on ward 7A / surgery. Of course, I also had to wait for the examinations before the operation. But what here are medically cared for masses of people daily, my respect for every employee. And thanks to "7A" and the team in the operating room!

Trotz Suizidgedanken und apathischem Verhalten bin ich ohne Behandlung wieder vor die Tür gesetzt worden. Die Ärzte waren einfach nur genervt von meiner Anwesenheit. Mir wurde sogar mit Sicherheitsdienst gedroht wenn ich nicht sofort die Station verlasse. Nie wieder werde ich dieses Spital aufsuchen! I've never seen anything like it in this acute ward. Despite thoughts of suicide and apathetic behavior, I was thrown out the door again without treatment. The doctors were just annoyed by my presence. I was even threatened with security if I don't leave the station immediately. I will never visit this hospital again!
J	Jürgen Wien on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zu meinem Termin um 8:30 bin ich ausnahmsweise mal überpünktlich und setze mich wie aufgefordert in den Wartebereich. Als ich nach einer Stunde noch immer nicht wahrgenommen wurde ging ich, weil mir schlecht war vor Wut. Um 10 Uhr fiel jemandem scheinbar auf, dass ich nicht mehr da war, weil ich einen Anruf bekam. Wofür wartet man 6 Wochen auf einen Termin, wenn dieser sowieso wortlos ignoriert wird?! Meiden wer kann! For my appointment at 8:30 am, for once, I am late on time and sit down in the waiting area as requested. When I was still not noticed after an hour, I left because I was sick with anger. At 10 o'clock someone apparently noticed that I was no longer there because I got a call. Why do you wait 6 weeks for an appointment if it is ignored without a word ?! Avoid who can!
V	Verena Hannah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ die mitarbeiterinnen für die anmeldung in der gynäkologischen ambulanz sind sehr unmotiviert und unfreundlich, evtl. überarbeitet? die station und schwestern sind sehr nett und freundlich, das gesamte op team auch! the employees for the registration in the gynecological outpatient department are very unmotivated and unfriendly, maybe overworked? the ward and nurses are very nice and friendly, as is the entire surgical team!
