Der Standortleiter Herr ….. war auf einmal nicht mehr erreichbar! Bitte nichts ohne schriftliche Vereinbarung durchführen! CAUTION! Tesla Linz does not pay the external service providers! I was assigned by phone and have not seen any money to date - despite collection by the KSV! The site manager Mr.… .. was suddenly no longer available! Please do not do anything without a written agreement!

Die Mitarbeiter super, super, super freundlich (5 Sterne - falls ihr das lest, Ihr seid ein tolles Team!!) und Tesla als Marke selbst bekommt auch mindestes 4 Sterne, aber der Tech Park ist einfach hässlich, ranzig, kein angenehmes Gefühl dort. Einfach nur Industrie Gebiet. Wenn man dann im Internet Tesla San Diego und andere Stores sieht, ist der Tech Park überhaupt nicht reputativ. Visited Tesla yesterday and today. The employees are great, great, super friendly (5 stars - if you read this, you are a great team !!) and Tesla as a brand itself also gets at least 4 stars, but the Tech Park is just ugly, rancid, not a pleasant feeling there . Just industrial area. If you then see Tesla San Diego and other stores on the Internet, the Tech Park is not reputable at all.
S	Sören Buschmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manchmal braucht es einen Fehler um die Servicequalität zu testen ;-). Hatte einen Termin im Wiener Servicecenter um ein Knacken beim Handschuhfach zu beheben. Der übereifrige Mitarbeiter hat dasselbe gleich ausgetauscht, was natürlich nicht richtig war. Problemlos wurde die Rechnung storniert, der Werkstattleiter Hr. Yumas (hoffe richtig geschrieben) hat sich sofort entschuldigt, den Fehler korrigiert und behoben. Top Mannschaft, ziemlich viel los dort, aber echter Tesla Spirit! So geht's! Sometimes it takes a bug to test the service quality ;-). Had an appointment at the Vienna service center to fix a cracking in the glove compartment. The overzealous employee immediately exchanged the same thing, which of course wasn't right. The invoice was canceled without any problems, the workshop manager Mr. Yumas (hope spelled it right) immediately apologized, corrected the error and fixed it. Top team, pretty busy there, but real Tesla spirit! That's how it's done!

This is a special car which you can not serve in any other service center because of its complexity. Just imagine such an expensive car without support and service where you could wait a months for any even tiny repairs. Then buy Tesla. It is a great car!
