★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to call attentation to all the people going to Tesla service(Vienna) the closing time is NOT 6pm but 5pm. You will get no service neither you come 2 mins after their real closing time which is really 5PM. The service advisor leaves his office even you are talking to him. So please pay attention they are liars. They DO NOT REPAIR your car and you get it even in worse condition then you left it there. After 3 weeks our vehicle was in the service nobody took a look, nobody made any service, they have made even more damages, they didn't clean it, and you have to pay the invoice at the end. They don't accept cash so pay attention you have your credit card with you.
Service manager is angry with you and service advisor doesn't know any technical specification so when you make a test drive together then you get no explanation of the damages.
I was very shocked of their communication and their mindset to me as a customer.. I am horrified. They have turned over our happiness from purchase the Tesla vehicle.
