★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben im Internet bei dem Händler ein Wohnmobil gesehen, welches uns sehr Interessiert hat.
Spontan sind wir am Freitag hingefahren und wurden ich glaube von der Chefin, auch ohne vorheriger Terminabstimmung hervorragend beraten.
Montag darauf habe ich bei dem Händler angerufen, habe erneut mein Kaufinteresse bekundet und einen Termin für den nächsten Freitag ausgemacht. Ich habe auch gefragt ob sie mir das Wohnmobil bis Freitag reservieren könnten, das ging leider nicht. Mir wurde aber telefonisch zugesagt, dass wenn es andere Interessenten geben sollte, ich Informiert werde (zumindest habe ich das so verstanden).
Voller Vorfreude habe ich bereits angefangen zu organisieren damit wir am Freitag den Deal klar machen können.
Heute (ein Tag vor unserem Termin) habe ich einen Anruf bekommen ich brauche am Freitag nicht mehr kommen das Wohnmobil wurde gestern verkauft. Ich war gerade in einem Meeting habe es einfach zu Kenntnis genommen ohne jeglichen Kommentar.
Was hätte ich erwartet!
-Sollte ich nicht der erste Interessant gewesen sein dann wäre der Hinweis gut gewesen, ich soll mich schneller endscheiden.
-Sollte ich doch der erste gewesen sein, dann hätte ich mir einen Anruf erwünscht, bevor das Wohnmobil verkauft wird.
Schade so kann man auch potenzielle Neukunden verjagen. Der Anfang war TOP und vielleicht hätten wir noch mehr Geschäft miteinander gemacht.
In Summe glaube ich, ist es kein schlechter Händler an der Kommunikation gibt es aber Verbesserungspotential.
We saw a motorhome at the dealer on the Internet that we were very interested in.
We went there spontaneously on Friday and I think the boss gave us excellent advice even without making an appointment beforehand.
The following Monday I called the dealer, reiterated my interest in buying and made an appointment for next Friday. I also asked if they could reserve the motorhome for me until Friday, but unfortunately that didn't work. But I was assured by phone that if there were other interested parties, I would be informed (at least that's how I understood it).
Full of anticipation, I have already started organizing so that we can make the deal clear on Friday.
Today (one day before our appointment) I got a call. I don't need to come on Friday anymore. The mobile home was sold yesterday. I was just in a meeting and just took note of it without any comment.
What would I have expected!
- If I wasn't the first one to be interesting, then the hint would have been good, I should make a decision more quickly.
- If I had been the first, I would have asked for a call before the motorhome is sold.
It's a shame that you can also chase away potential new customers. The beginning was great and maybe we would have done even more business with each other.
Overall, I think it's not a bad dealer in terms of communication, but there is room for improvement.

It was great even if we are absolute beginners. I would only take a shorter car 7m ?♀️ does not have to be, parking is no problem, but when turning around ......

Kaufen bei Widhalm-Car war ein sehr gutes Gefühl. Kann ich nur jedem empfehlen, der sich für den Kauf eines Wohnmobils entscheidet.
Very friendly and competent family business. Great advice when buying, great handling of the purchase. Extensive training when the vehicle is handed over. Buying from Widhalm-Car felt very good. I can only recommend it to anyone who decides to buy a motorhome.
