Ich wollte wie gewohnt über Western Union Geld überweisen plötzlich wurde das Geld gesperrt ohne mir einen einzigen Grund oder Sonstige Informationen zu nennen! Die inkompetenten Mitarbeiter mit mangelnden Deutschkenntnissen, verwiesen mich jedes Mal auf die Service-Hotline und wollten alle Daten von mir, heisst Geburtsdatum, Adresse, Empfänger, MTCN, Unterschrift, Zweck der Transaktion usw. Dann fragte ich wieso, da sie bereits sämtliche Daten durch die Online Registrierung haben. Daraufhin hatten sie keine Antwort...Nach zwei Wochen hin und her wollte ich die Transaktion stornieren und das Geld dann zurückerstatten, jedoch will man mir mein Geld nicht mehr zurückgeben...Deswegen nie wieder Western Union!!! Gott sei Dank gibt es Ria und MoneyGram.. Never again Western Union! I wanted to transfer money via Western Union as usual, suddenly the money was blocked without giving me a single reason or other information! The incompetent employees with insufficient knowledge of German referred me to the service hotline every time and asked for all the data from me, i.e. date of birth, address, recipient, MTCN, signature, purpose of the transaction, etc. Then I asked why, since they had already passed all the data have the online registration. Thereupon they had no answer ... After two weeks back and forth I wanted to cancel the transaction and then refund the money, but they do not want to give my money back to me ... Therefore never again Western Union !!! Thank goodness there is Ria and MoneyGram ..
