Man muß auch selber immer wieder nachfragen ...dann heißt es, nicht mehr lieferbar... von Gegenangebot kann man nur träumen, also mich als Kunde haben die verloren. Gut dass es in der Stadt auch ein anderes Goldschmiedebedarf-Geschäft gibt! Very dissatisfied! When ordering online, specify - delivery time approx. 3-4 days, but still wait months. You have to keep asking yourself ... then it means, no longer available ... you can only dream of a counter offer, so they lost me as a customer. It's good that there is another goldsmith's shop in town!
