Das Personal bzw. die Eigentümer sind sehr zuvorkommend. Very clean and modern. Cafeautomat and another machine with drinks and snacks are available at the entrance. The staff or the owners are very accommodating.

Ich in meinen Fall hatte gebucht und auch eine Reservierungsbestättigung per Mail bekommen. War aber heute dort, und 2 Stunden angerufen bis sich doch jemand dazu bemüht hatte ab zu nehmen(nicht glauben das ein Rückruf kommt). Da wurde mir gesagt das die Bestätigung automatisch ginge, aber trotzdem kein Zimmer frei ist. Nach 2h warten!!!!! Wohlgemerkt! Die Aussage später war, sie könne auch nichts dafür. Trotz allem seht man als Mitarbeiter im aussedienst ATTENTION ⚠ Do not book !!! The staff is incompetent and unfriendly! In my case, I had booked and also received a confirmation of reservation by email. But was there today, and called for 2 hours until someone tried to answer (don't believe that a callback will come). Then I was told that the confirmation would be automatic, but still no room was available. Wait after 2 hours !!!!! Mind you! The statement later was that she couldn't help it either. Despite everything, you see as an employee in the field
