Fore slepping its ok but nothing else.
WiFi is good, Parking is small behaind the Motel but its free of charge. Ower the street its a Bakery fore fast Breakfeast with good Coffe.

Nice green area just unfortunately not divided and one can smoke in relaxing and playing zone for kids.

The motel was super tidy, kinda simple modern elegant designs in the room.
Good deal as well - I would stay again, especially if you plan to do businessin the 22. District. Seems to me little bit too far from the sights.
The automated check in did not work for me - it would not let me pay... Fortunately a receptionist saw me upon leaving (her shift was over and machine was supposed to substitute for her) she stayed longer and save my tired self.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The motel is very nice, clean and almost new. There is a wonderful inner garden and a private parking lot. No air conditioning, only a fan, but it's not a big issue in Vienna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are huge but there is no air conditioning and beds are too soft .It is not as quiet as in hotels since you can hear and see people coming and leaving.They are charging for the dog, but only if they see u have one. :/ Too far away from city center and it is ideal for people who are just passing by Vienna.Plus for baby playground and cleanliness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for one night yesterday. I have to admit i did not expect this cleanliness in a Motel. Rooms very very clean, very friendly staff, if you travel with kids they have toys, nice yard and in general outside area. I can highly recommend this Motel. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place nearby Wien. Huge house with big rooms. Everything in the house: the bathroom is big too, and modern. The price is really cheap, and also looks to be a very calm zone
