Dort gekaufte Badeanzüge sollen angeblich nicht in Chlorwasser, nicht in Thermalwasser, nicht in Salzwasser, nicht in die Sonne und sollen nur mit Hand gewaschen werden!! Meine H&M Bikinis haben all das seit Jahren mitgemacht und sind immer noch schön. Bei H&M konnte ich sogar einen Bikini, der im Ausverkauf war, zurückgeben und bekam trotzdem das Geld retour. DAS nenn ich Kundenfreundlichkeit!!! Bei Reklamation oder Umtausch/ Rückgabe erweist sich Aquaris als profitgierig und kundenfeindlich. Null Kulanz, null Entgegenkommen! Du bekommst höchstens eine Gutschrift und wirst somit gezwungen, überteuerte Produkte zu kaufen, in einem Geschäft, welches ich niemandem mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen würde! Null Sterne Unfriendly and bad advice! Attention! Swimsuits bought there are supposedly not in chlorine water, not in thermal water, not in salt water, not in the sun and should only be washed by hand !! My H & M bikinis have been through all this for years and are still beautiful. At H & M, I even gotten back a bikini that was on sale and still got the money back. THAT is what I call customer friendliness !!! In the event of a claim or exchange / return, Aquaris proves to be profit-hungry and anti-client. Zero goodwill, zero concessions! You will only get a credit and will be forced to buy overpriced products in a shop that I would not recommend to anyone with a clear conscience! Zero stars

Es begann mit einer einfachen Bestellung bei dieser Firma, die leider bis heute nie eingetroffen ist. Damals sagte mir eine junge freundliche Dame von Waterworld, dass dies nun ein Fall zwischen unserer Firma und dem Zusteller ist. Seitdem erst einmal Funkstille. Über ein Jahr später habe ich nichts gehört und sonst irgendetwas, als ich einen netten Brief mit dem Hinweis „Inkassoverfahren" im Briefkasten fand, wegen des bis heute noch nicht eingetroffen Pakets. Schön, dass man sich noch auf das gesagte der Jungen Dame verlassen hat. Die übrigens nicht mehr dort arbeitet. Tja umgezogen bin ich in der Zeit auch noch sodass natürlich keine Mahnung an mich zugestellt wurden. Danke dann natürlich auch an die Deutsche Post, oder sind die Mahnungen doch an Waterworld zurück gegangen? Das kann natürlich auch sein. Jedenfalls ist aus einem 60 Euro Paket ein 180 Euro Paket geworden. Das bis leide auch jetzt noch nicht angekommen Und da Waterworld mir ein Inkassounternehmen auf den Hals hetzt, zahlt man dann doch lieber. Da kann man sich man kräftig bedanken. Ihr seit ein großartiges Sportsteam, toller Service, top Kundenberatung, macht weiter so. Wie sagt man doch gleich unter Sportsfreunden? I will never buy from this company again and I will definitely not recommend it to others. It all started with a simple order from this company, which unfortunately has never arrived to this day. At that time, a young, friendly lady from Waterworld told me that this is now a case between our company and the deliverer. Since then radio silence for the first time. More than a year later I didn't hear anything or anything else when I found a nice letter in the mailbox with the note "Debt collection procedure" because of the package that has not yet arrived. It's good that you can still rely on what the young lady said . Which, by the way, no longer works there. Well, I moved in that time so of course no reminders were sent to me. Thanks to the Deutsche Post, of course, or did the reminders go back to Waterworld? That's possible too, of course. In any case, a 60 euro package has become a 180 euro package. That suffered up to now not yet arrived. And since Waterworld is rushing a debt collection company on me, they prefer to pay. You can say thank you very much. You are a great sports team, great service, top customer service, keep up the good work. How do you say it among sports fans?

Je suis furieuse devant une telle incompétence et un tel non professionnalisme. A fuir pour toute commande par internet. Catastrophic customer service. No follow-up, impossible to get a refund for the returned merchandise. I am furious at such incompetence and unprofessionalism. To avoid for any order by internet.
