Hier gibt es unter anderem nachhaltig und regional produzierte Schneeschieber, Schneeschaufeln und Eisstößel, die sich preislich nicht vor anderer Markenware verstecken müssen. Sehr netter Kontakt! Absolut zu empfehlen. Great products in the online shop with a huge selection. Das eigentliche Highlight ist aber der Kundendienst, wenn man dann wirklich was benötigt. Es ist natürlich immer ärgerlich wenn mit der erhaltenen Ware etwas nicht passt (dafür konnte der Händler in diesem Fall nichts) aber in solchn Fällen kommts dann eben auf einen guten Kundenservice an. Den gibts bei 4betterdays auf jeden Fall - einfach, unbürokratisch, kundenfreundlich - und genau deshalb würde ich dort jederzeit wieder einkaufen, da ich mich drauf verlassen kann, dass wenn etwas sein sollte, ich mich nicht endlos lang herum ärgern muss. Vielen Dank an die nette Dame mit welcher ich in Kontakt war. The purchase and shipping of the goods (as you can expect from a retailer who sells goods online) worked well. The real highlight, however, is the customer service when you really need something. It is of course always annoying if something does not fit with the received goods (the dealer could not do anything for that in this case) but in such cases it depends on good customer service. There is definitely one at 4betterdays - simple, unbureaucratic, customer-friendly - and that's exactly why I would shop there again at any time, because I can rely on the fact that if something should happen, I don't have to worry about endlessly. Eine kleine Reklamation wegen Transportschaden wurde umgehend vom freundlichen Mitarbeiter bearbeitet und zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit erledigt. I ordered Swiss pine chairs for my Zirbenplatz. The delivery was very quick and the chairs are really great. A small complaint about transport damage was immediately processed by the friendly employee and dealt with to my complete satisfaction. Furthermore, the communication with the employee after the purchase was totally friendly. It wasn't the last time I bought at 4Betterdays!
