R	RWD on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schönes Zimmer unter dem Dach. Allerdings mit Dachschräge, daher in manchen Bereichen eine niedrige Decke und vor allem tiefe Dachbalken (Unterkante 1,6m durch den ganzen Raum). Bei gekipptem Fenster ist die Hauptstraße ab 06:00 Uhr sehr laut. Überschaubares Frühstück und ungenießbarer Kaffee. Abendessen nur bis 21:00, realistisch bis 20:30, da danach schon diskutiert wird dass es eigentlich schon zu spät ist. Warmes Wasser beim Duschen dauert ewig und schwankt dann zwischen lauwarm und heiß. Liegt aber evtl. am 3.Stock. Nice room under the roof. However, with a sloping roof, so in some areas a low ceiling and above all deep roof beams (lower edge 1.6 m through the entire room). With the window tilted, the main street is very noisy from 6:00 a.m. Manageable breakfast and inedible coffee. Dinner only until 9:00 p.m., realistically until 8:30 p.m., because after that it is already discussed that it is actually too late. Warm water when showering lasts forever and then fluctuates between lukewarm and hot. But it may be on the 3rd floor.

Außenanlagen könnten etwas Zuwendungen vertragen aber im großen und ganzen haben uns wohl gefühlt und gerne wieder. Good price performance, room clean and tidy. Breakfast tasty and sufficient. Outside areas could do with a little donation but by and large we felt comfortable and would like to return.

Leider an der Hauptstraße gelegen und dadurch sehr laut.. Kein Restaurant für mittags oder Abends. WLAN nur im Lobby Bereich Very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet completely sufficient and tasty. View of the back of the mountains and very nice. Unfortunately located on the main street and therefore very noisy. No restaurant for lunch or dinner. WLAN only in the lobby area
D	Do N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kamer stonk naar rook en verfrissingspray. Op de badkamer weinig licht en elektriciteitskabels uit de muur hangen.? Matras erg hard en oud. Deuren sluiten niet goed waardoor je elke keer lawaai hoort van dichtslaande deuren. Ontbijt begint om 8u, terwijl je vroeg naar de bergen wilt?. Water in zwembad was niet eens 20 graden, ijskoud dus, daarvoor hoef je het hotel dus niet te boeken. Als je wilt zwemmen, heb je een wetsuit nodig. Locatie is prima en personeel was vriendelijk, maar voor deze prijs zou ik het nooit meer boeken. Room reeked of smoke and refreshment spray. Little light in the bathroom and electricity cables hanging from the wall. Mattress very hard and old. Doors don't close properly so you hear noise from slamming doors every time. Breakfast starts at 8am, while you want to go to the mountains early?. Water in the pool was not even 20 degrees, so freezing cold, so you don't have to book the hotel for that. If you want to swim, you need a wetsuit. Location is fine and staff were friendly but at this price I would never book it again.

Zimmer auf der Straßenseite etwas laut. Everything good and clean, nice family room. Unfortunately no gastronomy except for breakfast at the moment. The pool wasn't in use either. Room on the street side a bit noisy.

The hotel is 3 km away from Kitzbühel, the richest town In Austria. For the price we pay we cannot find anything that is close to the worth of the price value. Room is very clean and spacious as well. We got also a family suit with separate room for both kids. We really enjoy the town of Kitzbühel and the skiing area. We will come back again.

Most of the times no veggies. You don't always get what the menu promises. Only a salad bar with the same pieces of raw vegetables all the time. You have to pay for your drinks contant after every diner. Under 20 euro not possible by card, only cash. Poor! I don't recommend this hotel.
