S	S. N. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schlechter Zustand des Hotels. Nur die Lage ist Perfekt. Der Service ist sehr schlecht und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr unfreundlich. Die Bergaussicht war natürlich nicht so, wie die Bilder beim Buchen. Frühstück war okay. Die Duschbrause war undicht und teilweise außer Funktion. Die guten Bewertungen können wir nicht nachvollziehen, vielleicht ist es auch ironisch gemeint, damit man sowas erleben darf. Wir wünschen aber trotzdem der gesamten Mannschaft viel Erfolg und vor allem Gesundheit. Very bad condition of the hotel. Only the location is perfect. The service is very poor and the staff are very rude. The mountain view was of course not like the pictures when booking. Breakfast was ok. The shower head was leaking and sometimes out of order Function. We cannot understand the good reviews, maybe it is meant ironically so that one can experience something like that. Nevertheless, we wish the entire team every success and, above all, good health.
O	O P Koch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und kann tatsächlich nur als schlichtes angesehen werden. Die Ausstrahlung fehlt einfach. Und trotz der Tatsache, dass die Mitarbeiter alle freundlich waren, fällt es schwer eine positiven Aufenthalt zu beschreiben. Im Zimmer soweit alles ok, bis auf die Tatsache, dass der Telefonkabel unter dem rechten Kissen unseres Bettes rauskam :-) so wie die Lichtschalter, die auch in der Nähe waren. Unabsichtliches betätigen in der Nacht vorprogrammiert. Skikeller war ok, obwohl auch ungepflegt. Sauna war ein besonderes Erlebnis, da nur 5 bzw. max. 6 Plätze da, auch nur 6 Liegen. Es kommen bei so einem großen Hotel mehr runter, schauen sich um und gehen wieder, da schon voll. Es gibt keine Bademäntel. Und der Höhepunkt waren die Tücher in der Sauna. Nicht so wie auf dem Bild - große, so wie es sich gehört - nein, ganz kleine Handtücher ca. 50x30cm — schwierig. Mega enttäuschend war aber das Essen. Abends die aufgewärmten Brötchen vom Frühstück, Suppe die eine Instantsuppe ist, oder Kaiserschmarn, den ich so noch nie in meinem Leben gesehen habe…. Siehe Bilder… The hotel is getting on in years and can actually only be seen as a simple one. The charisma is simply missing. And despite the fact that the staff were all friendly, it's hard to describe a positive experience. In the room everything was ok, except for the fact that the telephone cable came out from under the right pillow of our bed :-) as well as the light switches that were also nearby. Unintentional activation preprogrammed at night. Ski cellar was ok, although also neglected. Sauna was a special experience, as there were only 5 or a maximum of 6 seats, also only 6 loungers. With such a large hotel there is more to come down, look around and leave again, because it is already full. There are no bathrobes. And the highlight were the towels in the sauna. Not like in the picture - big ones, as it should be - no, very small towels about 50x30cm - difficult. But the food was extremely disappointing. In the evening the warmed up rolls from breakfast, soup that is an instant soup, or Kaiserschmarn, which I've never seen like this in my life…. See pictures…
N	NATALIE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch die Zimmer waren sauber, geräumig und wir hatten einen super schönen Balkon. Ein besonderes Highlight für uns war das tägliche A la Carte Abendessen. Auch als Vegetarierinnen haben wir immer leckeres, frisches Essen bekommen. Jede einzelne Vor-, Haupt- und Nachspeise hat uns gut gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Die Lage war super für uns. Wir konnten mit dem Bus leicht nach Kitzbühel fahren (zum Skifahren), uns aber auch super mit dem Auto fortbewegen, da das Hotel ausreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung hat. The staff was always very friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean, spacious and we had a super nice balcony. A special highlight for us was the daily a la carte dinner. Even as vegetarians we always got delicious, fresh food. We liked every single starter, main course and dessert and would come back anytime. The location was great for us. We could easily take the bus to Kitzbuehel (for skiing), but it was also great to drive around as the hotel has ample parking.

Kostenlose Bademäntel und freies WLAN wären super. Lage des Hotels ist super. Skibus gleich am Hotel. Skigebiet Jochberg nur 2 Stationen ⛷ Rustic hotel. Rooms comfortable, bathrooms could do with updating. Reception, breakfast and dinner ? very friendly. Free bathrobes and free wifi would be great. Location of the hotel is great. Ski bus right at the hotel. Jochberg ski area only 2 stations ⛷

Die Lage ist super, man kommt schnell mit dem Skibus ins Skigebiet. Der Gastwirt sowie das Personal waren sehr freundlich. Auch der Wellnessbereich hat uns sehr gefallen! Zu Stoßzeiten wird es nur etwas eng in der Sauna. Ansonsten hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Winterurlaub und würde das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit. We stayed at the hotel for a week. The food (half board) was very tasty! I absolutely cannot understand the negative reviews here. The location is great, you can quickly get to the ski area with the ski bus. The innkeeper and the staff were very friendly. We also really liked the wellness area! At peak times it only gets a bit cramped in the sauna. Otherwise we had a very pleasant winter holiday and would recommend the hotel at any time! Thank you for the great time.
