Zwar kam sie anfangs etwas müde nach Hause aber trozdem immer top motiviert und voller Vorfreude auf das nächste Mal. Although she came home a bit tired at first, she was always very motivated and full of anticipation for the next time. Heute bin ich noch immer dabei und das Training macht jedes Mal Spaß, auch wenn es teilweise ziemlich anstrengend ist. Du bist mit deinen Übungen immer super vorbereitet und motivierst alle Teilnehmer mit deiner fröhlichen Ausstrahlung.Mit einem Lächeln ? geht es sowieso leichter. Nur weiter so ??? Dear Traudi! When I did the first Strong Training with you about 2 years ago, I thought to myself how long I will last. Today I'm still there and the training is fun every time, even if it is sometimes quite exhausting. You are always well prepared with your exercises and you motivate all participants with your cheerful charisma. It is easier with a smile ? anyway. Keep it up ???
