For a distance of 6.9km within Vienna on a normal working day morning, travel expenses of 144.50 euros are charged. Laughable.

Er hart uns alles genau erklärt und auch Alternativen aufgezeichnet. We have ordered a service for our Spilt Klimas. The employee was great when making an appointment and at our place. He explained everything exactly to us and also recorded alternatives.

Zuerst wurden wir fast ein Jahr mit der Montage vertröstet - dann wurde uns nach einem bereits verschobenen Montagetermin und viele Wochen des Schweigens ein Montagetermin nach dem heißen Sommer des Vorjahres angeboten - wir haben uns dann auf einen Termin im Frühjahr 2019 geeinigt - auch jetzt mussten wir wieder nachtelefonieren, bis man uns darüber informierte, dass es baulich so wie im Vorjahr von der Firma vorgeschlagen gar nicht möglich sei - die "neue" Lösung war für uns keine Option - und dann ein Rücktritt vom Vertrag von Seiten der Firma - leider sehr unprofessionell - wenn wir das früher gewusst hätten, hätten wir uns und unseren Kunden den heißen Sommer 2018 erspart und wären schon früher zu einem anderen Anbieter gegangen. Unfortunately a very disappointing contact. Nach nochmaliger Nachfrage ob es nicht doch eher ginge, hab ich die sehr barsche Antwort eines Herrn erhalten..."Na"...6 Wochen..! Im Sommer sollte eine Firma für Kälteanlagen auf erhöhtes Kundenaufkommen eingestellt sein... After the air conditioning failed, I asked for an appointment. I was told that someone can come in 6 weeks at the earliest ... ?? After asking again whether it wasn't possible sooner, I received a very harsh answer from a gentleman ... "Well" ... 6 weeks ..! In the summer, a company for refrigeration systems should be prepared for increased customer traffic ...
K	Kevin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin kein Kunde von der Firma, kann weder zu Preis noch zu Produkt was sagen. Nur die Arbeit der Ausseneinheit. Ich bin auf der Suche nacher einer Klimaanlage, und siehe da der Nachbar hat eine bekommen. Nunja, wie soll ich sagen. Die Firma kam hat das ganze montiert und das Aussenteil haben sie so verbogen das man augenschmerzen bekommt, das haben sie so gelassen. Nach ein paar Wochen kam dann doch wer und es etwas gleichgebogen. Nun hab ich eben ein etwas weniger verbogenes Gerät in meinem Sichtfelt. Wenn es meine wäre würde ich keinen Euro bezahlen, schlimmer würde ich die kommentare der Nachbarn empfinden. Ich habe leider meinen Nachbar noch nicht getroffen. I am not a customer of the company, I can not say anything about price or product. Only the work of the outdoor unit. I'm looking for an air conditioner, and lo and behold the neighbor got one. Well, how should I say. The company came mounted the whole thing and the outer part bent it so that you get eye pain, they left it that way. After a few weeks, who came and it something similar. Now I have just a little less bent device in my Sichtfelt. If it was mine, I would not pay a euro, worse I would feel the comments of the neighbors. Unfortunately, I have not met my neighbor yet.

Von der Beratung von Herrn Auer bis zur Montage durch die netten und sehr kompetenten Techniker alles perfekt. Und preislich sehr attraktiv. Kann ich ruhigen Gewissens jedem empfehlen, der eine Klimaanlage installieren lassen möchte. I have had an air conditioning system installed by TVG for the second time. From the advice of Mr. Auer to the assembly by the nice and very competent technicians, everything was perfect. And very attractively priced. I can safely recommend anyone who wants to have air conditioning installed.
M	Max Mustermann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online steht auf der eigenen Website von TVG, dass Montage von Klimaanlagen als Dienstleistung angeboten wird. Wenn man dann den Kontakt herstellt wird einem mitgeteilt, dass aber nur die Montage gemeint ist, wenn man ein Gerät von TVG bezieht. Es wird dann immer auf die "Garantie" und die "Gewährleistung" verwiesen. Was jedoch mit der Aussage gemeint ist -> Wir möchten nur dann die Finger rühren wenn dabei für uns eine fette Marge rausspringt. Und den Kunden wird dann erzählt, dass die Geräte ja von großen Fachhändlern bestellt werden und daher so teuer sind. Wenn man jedoch ein und dasselbe Gerät online sucht gibt es hunderte Fachhändler von denen jeder (Privat und Firmenkunden) genau die gleichen Geräte für einen normalen Preis bestellen können. Da kann mir kein Unternehmen sagen, dass sie die Geräte nicht auch so bestellen und nur an den "dummen" Privatkunden die Aussage weitergeben, dass sie es gaaaanz teuer gekauft haben. Genau deswegen haben Installateure in Österreich so einen extrem schlechten Ruf. Ich kann verstehen, dass man bei Dingen welche nicht verpflichtend von einem zertifizierten Installateur gemacht werden müssen eine solche Klausel hat (ich installier nur das, was ich auch verkaufe), jedoch bei Geräten welche vom Gesetz her verpflichtend von einem zertifizierten Betrieb installiert werden müssen dann einfach die Dienstleistung zu verweigern, ist das ein Armutszeugniss für den Betrieb. Ich werde diese Bewertung übrigens nun bei jedem Betrieb hinterlassen, welcher sich weigert Fremdgeräte zu installieren da es einfach eine Frechheit gegenüber den Konsumenten ist. And the customers are then told that the devices are ordered from large specialist retailers and are therefore so expensive. However, if you are looking for the same device online, there are hundreds of specialist dealers from whom everyone (private and corporate customers) can order exactly the same devices for a normal price. No company can tell me that they don't order the devices like that and only pass on the statement to the "stupid" private customers that they bought it very dearly. This is precisely why plumbers have such an extremely bad reputation in Austria. I can understand that you have such a clause for things that do not have to be done by a certified installer (I only install what I also sell), but for devices that are legally mandatory to be installed by a certified company simply to refuse the service is an indictment for the company. By the way, I will now leave this review for every company that refuses to install third-party devices because it is simply a cheek towards consumers.
D	David Spencer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TVG maintained my air conditioning syste in May 2019. The mechanic was professional and diligent, clean and tidy, and TVG should be proud to have such employees. I will use TVG again.
