Mir wurde versichert das es sich um das gewünschte Produkt handelt aber dem war nicht so. The advice was indeed friendly but I was sold in the end a product that did not meet my requirements. I was assured that it is the desired product but that was not so.

Holz heißt für mich Wallner, dort kaufe ich seit gut 30 Jahren, wurde immer bestens beraten und bedient. Auch der Preis passt immer, meist billiger wie in Baumärkten. I am an enthusiastic hobby carpenter and do all of my home furnishings myself. For me, wood means Wallner, I have been buying there for over 30 years and was always well advised and served. The price also always fits, usually cheaper than in hardware stores.

Preise ein schlechter Scherz: für die gleiche Rundholzstange wird mehr als das Doppelte als beim Hornbach verlangt (23€ statt 10€). Drei Holzplatten hätten 130€ statt 60€ beim Hornbach (2min entfernt) gekostet! Hands off! Fantasy prices + bad service Service nonexistent: unfriendly employees who give you the feeling of wanting to be left alone. Prices are a bad joke: more than double the price for the same log stick is charged for the Hornbach (€ 23 instead of € 10). Three wooden panels would have cost € 130 instead of € 60 at the Hornbach (2 minutes away)!
