★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr enttäuscht von der Ärztin, keine Rückmeldung, kein Telefon oder Handy abgehoben obwohl es vereinbart war sobald wir Probleme haben. TRAURIG ? Aufs Band gesprochen es kam nichts zurück. Nie wieder!!!
 Very disappointed with the doctor, no response, no phone or cell phone picked up although it was agreed as soon as we have problems. SAD ? Spoken on the tape, nothing came back. Never again!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Ärztin war sehr freundlich und bemüht allerdings läutete ständig das Telefon und der Anrufbeantworter sprang an der direkt neben ihrem Schreibtisch stand, also konnte ich mir gut 45 Minuten anhören wie im Minutentakt Patienten Namen, Telefonnummern und die Bitte um einen Rückruf hinterließen. Was ich absolut störend fand.Sie ist KEINE KASSENÄRZTIN und daher vor Ort zu bezahlen.Die Ordination ist überschaubar und es gibt keine Anmeldung im herkömmlichen Sinn nur einen Zettel mit der Bitte Platz zu nehmen, das war okay denn die Termine sind so angelegt das man ohnehin allein dort ist und niemanden sonst sieht. Was ich gut fand war meinen Termin ONLINE buchen zu können, das fand ich Klasse und frage mich warum das nicht alle so machen, dann wäre das Thema mit dem Anrufbeantworter vom Tisch.Parkmöglichkeiten unzureichend wenn man auf dem kleinen Parkplatz stehen möchte, Kurzparkzone im vorderen Bereich vor der Apotheke und mehr als ausgelastet.
The doctor was very friendly and tried hard, however, the phone kept ringing and the answering machine jumped at the desk next to her desk, so I could listen to the patient's names, telephone numbers and the request for a call back every 45 minutes. What I found absolutely annoying is that she is NOT a health insurance provider and therefore has to be paid for on site is alone there anyway and sees no one else. What I thought was good was being able to book my appointment ONLINE, I thought it was great and wondered why not everyone does it like that, then the topic with the answering machine would be off the table Area in front of the pharmacy and more than busy.
