Contacting us by phone to make an appointment is simply impossible. The calls are not accepted. Where is there such a thing!

Er erklärt verständlich (ohne fach-chinesische Ausdrücke) warum er was ausschließen kann, wie er zu seiner Diagnose kommt und gibt Behandlungsvorschläge inklusive Erläuterung deren Wirkung. Doctor very nice and competent! He explains in an understandable way (without technical Chinese expressions) why he can exclude something, how he comes to his diagnosis and gives treatment suggestions including an explanation of their effects.

We would give even more stars if it were possible! ???

Tage lang hat meine Lebensgefährtin online wie telefonisch versucht Kontakt aufzunehmen um einen Termin anzufragen. Man findet es dort jedoch weder der Mühe wert telefonisch wie elektronisch (per Mail) eine Rückmeldung zu geben. Offenbar ist man an neuen Patienten nicht interessiert. In this case, unfortunately, I cannot make a recommendation at all. For 5 (!) Days my partner tried to contact me online and by phone to make an appointment. However, it is not worth the effort to give feedback there by telephone or electronically (by email). Apparently one is not interested in new patients.

Eine Tonbandstimme fordert mich auf geduldig zu sein, nach ca. fünf Minuten in der Warteschleife wird die Verbindung abgebrochen und ich darf wieder neu anrufen - das "Spiel" beginnt von Neuem. Ein effizientes Geduldstraining, aber kein netter Umgang mit Patienten. I've been trying to establish contact by phone for three days. A tape voice prompts me to be patient, after about five minutes in the queue, the connection is broken and I can call again - the "game" starts all over again. Efficient patience training, but not a nice way of dealing with patients.

Kann die Kritik gegenüber der Damen an der Rezeption nicht nachvollziehen. Sie sind immer sehr nett! Incredibly competent doctor, takes his time, takes his patients seriously. I	Iwona Kot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan Doktor bardzo miły i kompetentny. Poświęca sporo czasu pacjentowi. Posiada dużą wiedzę i umiejętności. Panie recepcjonistki niestety nie robią dobrego wrażenia. Są niemiłe, obcesowe i momentami cyniczne. Pacjenci traktowani są jak powietrze. Podchodzisz do recepcji mówisz dzień dobry i nikt Ci nie odpowiada bo panie toczą akurat ciekawą konwersację na temat nowo zakupionego outfitu. Stoję i czekam cierpliwe w koncu słyszę: "E - card!" nie wiem czy to do mnie czy Panie dalej toczą konwersację miedzy sobą. Znów słyszę :E-card! Wzdrygam się i podaję mówiąc proszę. Znow głucha cisza! Mam wrażenie że kulturę osobistą te Panie schowały gdzieś do kieszeni i calkiem zapomniały o zwrotach grzecznościowych podczas konwersacji! Inny przykład Panie śmieją się do rozpuku a inny pacjent czeka przy Recepcji rownież jest traktowany jak powietrze. Po chwili zniesmaczone panie upominają innego pacjenta z poczekalni że ten zbyt głośno rozmawia przez telefon a to przeszkadza im w pracy. Dodzwonienie się graniczy z cudem! The doctor is very nice and competent. He spends a lot of time with the patient. Has a lot of knowledge and skills. The ladies receptionists unfortunately do not make a good impression. They are mean, brash and at times cynical. Patients are treated like air. You approach the reception, say good morning and nobody answers you because the ladies are having an interesting conversation about the newly purchased outfit. I stand and wait patiently and finally hear: "E - card!" I do not know if it is me or the Lord who are still in conversation with each other. I hear again: E-card! I shudder and pass, saying please. Deaf silence again! I have the impression that these ladies hid their personal culture somewhere in their pockets and completely forgot about polite phrases during the conversation! Another example Ladies are laughing until the end and another patient is waiting at the reception desk is also treated like air. After a while, disgusted ladies admonish another patient from the waiting room that he is talking on the phone too loudly and this disturbs them at work. Getting in touch is almost a miracle!
