Aber Wohnung bis jetzt auf willhaben verfuegbar.
Einfah zeit gestohllen .
Bei andere wohnung hat gesagt dass kann man nicht request weil andere leute schon requestet dann warum in erste case jemand nach dem mir hat gewonnen ?
Ms. Fürtinger took the documents and said that other people got apartments.
But the apartment is still available on request.
Just stole time.
At other apartment said that you can not request because other people are already requesting why in the first case someone after me won?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das ist die beste Hausverwaltung die ich in Wien je erleben durfte. Ich bin gerade in eine Wohnung, die von ihnen verwaltet wird gezogen und kann nur sagen TOP! Der Übergabeprozess vom Vormieter und das Aufsetzen meines Vertrags gingen absolut unbürokratisch und schnell über die Bühne.
Die Mitarbeiter*innen reagieren sehr schnell, sind ausgesprochen freundlich und Probleme in Haus und Wohnung werden zeitnah behoben! Hier zahle ich gerne Miete!! Eine glatte 5* Empfehlung!
This is the best property management I have ever been able to experience in Vienna. I have just moved into an apartment that is managed by them and I can only say TOP! The handover process from the previous tenant and the drawing up of my contract were absolutely unbureaucratic and quick.
The employees react very quickly, are extremely friendly and problems in the house and apartment are resolved promptly! I like to pay rent here !! A straight 5 * recommendation!
