Am nächsten Tag, als das Problem weiterhin Bestand wurde per Fern Diagnose ein Schaden der Batterie vermutet . Ich bin gerade auf der Durchreise in Österreich und die Werkstatt ist circa 40 km entfernt von meinem Hotel. Bereits am Telefon wurde ich kompetent über zwei verschiedene Batterie Möglichkeiten aufgeklärt. Innerhalb 1 Stunde war der Chef persönlich vor Ort und hat die Batterie in kürzester Zeit montiert. Ein Ducati Händler mit top Dienstleistung Service Orientierung. Absolut freundlicher Kundenservice! Top Bedanke mich nochmals, für die schnelle und unkomplizierte Unterstützung! I can not understand the rating of the previous speakers! Called outside of opening hours and then received service on the phone. The next day, when the problem persisted, remote battery diagnosis was suspected. I am currently in transit in Austria and the workshop is about 40 km away from my hotel. Already on the phone I was competently informed about two different battery options. The boss was personally on site within 1 hour and installed the battery in no time. A Ducati dealer with top service orientation. Absolutely friendly customer service! Top Thank you again for the quick and uncomplicated support!

Man sollte unbedingt ein Bike kaufen wenn man sich wie ein Kunde fühlen möchte!!! Nie wieder betrete ich diesen dreisten Händler und mein Geld kann Ich auch woanders in netter Umgebung ausgeben!!! Have never entered a dealer in my life where I was told that this is not a museum here I have no time for a customer who just wants to find out and look around !? You should definitely buy a bike if you want to feel like a customer !!! I will never enter this brazen dealer again and I can spend my money somewhere else in a nice environment!

Kunden werden in Geschäft nicht gerne gesehen, seine Mentalität " schnel viel bezahlen und dann raus" Letztes Jahr Motorrad gekauft bei Ihn, dieses Jahr zu Ölwechsel und Reifenwechsel gebracht, nach eine Woche wollte mal nachfragen, Anruf 13.02 Uhr : er schreit " Mittagspause melden wir uns wenn fertig". Nächsten Tag Rückruf Motorrad Pickel nicht geklappt weill Vorderreifen an Limit,(habe überhaupt keinen Pickel beauftragt) neu Reiffen 50% mehr als überall anders! Wollte verständlich nichts mehr von diese Händler nur noch Motorrad abholen. Arrogant, arrogant, rude! Customers are not welcome in business, his mentality "pay a lot quickly and then get out" last year bought a motorcycle from him, this year brought him oil and tire changes, after a week wanted to ask, call 1:02 p.m .: he shouts "we report lunch break us when done ". Am Telefon zweimal nachgefragt wegen Preis. 240 Euro ist schon heftig. Bei Abholung da waren es dann 278,50 Euro. im Internet findet man Kettensätze bester Qualität von 160 - 180 Euro. Leider brauchte ich den Kettensatz innerhalb von 2 Tagen darum habe ich bei Ihm bestellt. ca.100 Euro mehr das ist abzocke. Attention ! Rip off spare parts. It was the first time and the last time at this dealer. Chain set for Multistrada 950 bought. Asked twice over the phone about price. 240 euros is already violent. When picking it up there was then 278.50 euros. The best quality chain sets from 160 to 180 euros can be found on the Internet. Unfortunately I needed the chain set within 2 days so I ordered it from him. about 100 euros more that's rip off.

B	Bike Benji on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pure abzocke! Man bezahlt teilweise für dinge die nicht einmal gemacht wurden und das ist noch das geringere Übel. Pure rip off! You sometimes pay for things that weren't even done and that's the lesser evil.
