Meine Brille verlor eine Scharnierschraube, welche wegen des besonderen Designs schwer zu besorgen war. Herr Rosenberger horchte sich in seinem Netzwerk um und konnte das Ersatzteil dennoch binnen 2 Tage besorgen. In der Zwischenzeit erhielt ich für meine alte Ersatzbrille quasi "über Nacht" frische Gläser. Die neue Brille wurde dann noch besser angepasst. Danke nochmals! Echter Kundenservice! Mrs. Wallner and Mr. Rosenberger helped me a lot. Quick and easy! My glasses lost a hinge screw, which was difficult to get because of the special design. Mr. Rosenberger checked his network and was able to get the spare part within 2 days. In the meantime, I received fresh lenses for my old replacement glasses "overnight". The new glasses were then adjusted even better. Thanks again! Real customer service!
