D	Doreen Kallweit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reservierung per Telefon hat unkompliziert funktioniert, ebenso die Abholung der Fahrräder direkt am Bahnhof Spitz (die Räder sind dort in einer Halle gelagert, werden nicht extra für eine Reservierung antransportiert). Die Abgabe der Räder erfolgte einfach durch Abstellen (mit Schloss) vor dieser Lagerhalle. Die Räder wirkten auf den ersten Blick gepflegt, doch leider stellten sie sich als schwerfällig raus. Außerdem permanentes Quietschen des Lenkers, zwei Mal auf 25 km kam die Kette runter, Sattel unbequem. Wir hatten schon bessere Leihfahrräder. Reservation by phone was uncomplicated, as was the collection of the bicycles directly at the Spitz train station (the bicycles are stored there in a hall and are not transported to the hotel for a reservation). The bikes were simply handed over by parking them (with a lock) in front of this warehouse. At first glance, the wheels looked neat, but unfortunately they turned out to be clumsy. In addition, constant squeaking of the handlebars, the chain came down twice for 25 km, saddle uncomfortable. We've had better rental bikes.
