Hier weiß man wie man Geschäfte macht! 8 bikes requested. Got a rejection: "Not possible on Saturday" (in the high season in the tourism sector) and was referred to the competition ... Here you know how to do business!

Nach Anruf kam uns der Herr unerwarteter Weise mit seinem Auto entgegen und holte das betroffene Fahrrad und uns zu seinem Verleih wo er uns prompt ein neues vierlieh und hat anschließend während unserer Tour das kaputte Rad für uns wieder am Bahnhof abgestellt! Vielen Dank noch einmal! Kann man wirklich nur empfehlen. Excellent service & friendliness A hose burst on Sunday. After a call, the gentleman unexpectedly met us with his car and picked up the bike in question and us to his rental where he promptly lent us a new four and then parked the broken bike for us at the train station during our tour! Thanks again! I can really only recommend it.

Dieser Wunsch wurde erfüllt. Vor Ort hätten wir uns noch umentscheiden können. Das Rad hat super gepasst. Volle Ladeleistung und Reichweite, Reifendruck hat gepasst und auch sonst war das Rad in einem guten Zustand, alle Anbauteile fest montiert. Wir hätten bei Bedarf noch ein Absperrschloss mit bekommen und uns wurde angeboten, dass wir uns bei techn. Problemen melden dürfen. Sehr zu empfehlen! Simple, uncomplicated, not overpriced! Reserved an eBike for my wife by phone the day before. The request was one with a wide saddle. This wish has been fulfilled. We could have changed our minds on the spot. The bike was a great fit. Full charging capacity and range, tire pressure was right and the bike was otherwise in good condition, all attachments were firmly attached. If necessary, we would have gotten a lock and we were offered to contact techn. allowed to report problems. We recommend!

They even had a trailer attachment for us to pull our younger child along the 40km journey to Krems. The bikes were sturdy and reliable, we had no issues with them. We would definitely recommend Wachau Bikes for anyone looking to do a family bike trip along the Danube in the Wachau Valley.
