★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviceberater trotz Termin nicht vor Ort und an der Theke kennt die Dame das 160.000 km BMW Paket Care Plus plötzlich nicht mehr. Für den Tausch defekter Scheibenwischer im Zuge des Motorölwechsels muss man kämpfen, obwohl im Paket inkludiert. Letztendlich wird der defekte, 6 Jahre alte Scheibenwischer an der Heckscheibe trotzdem ignoriert. Keine Weiterempfehlung meinerseits.
 Service advisor not on site despite appointment and at the counter the lady suddenly no longer knows the 160,000 km BMW Care Plus package. You have to fight for the exchange of defective windscreen wipers in the course of changing the engine oil, even though it is included in the package. In the end, the defective, 6-year-old wiper on the rear window is still ignored. No recommendation on my part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe hier meinen Jaguar zum grossen Service gebracht. Auch eine Komplett Durchsicht des Fahrzeugs stand am Plan. Servolenkung ausgefallen. Ein loser Stecker war das Problem. Freundlich kompetent. Raschen Termin bekommen. Alles okay ✌️✌️
I brought my Jaguar here for a major service. A complete inspection of the vehicle was also part of the plan. Power steering failed. A loose plug was the problem. Friendly competent. Get a quick appointment. Everything okay ✌️✌️

They sorted out the car in few hours even we couldn’t book the service in advance and we could drive safe back to UK . Thank you so much, it was better than I expected.
