Mir wurde ein Radnarbenkappendeckel sogar geschenkt, ich hätte ihn auch bezahlt ;)
hab ich noch nie erlebt.. Werde deswegen sicher wieder hingehen.

I was even given a wheel scar cap cover, I would have paid for it too;)
I've never seen it before .. I will definitely go back because of that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Verkäufer fragte mich, ob ich mich mit Automatikgetriebe auskenne, war nicht notwendig da das ausgewählte Auto Schaltgetriebe hatte! Beim Abholen bekamen wir lang und breit die Handhabe von AdBlue erklärt - unser Skoda benötigt keines!!!!!! Und die allergrößte Frechheit war: von den 3 mitgelieferten Schlüsseln war nur einer für das Auto codiert - das stellte sich leider erst heraus als mein Mann mit dem einzigen funktionierenden Schlüssel auf Dienstreise war und ich wegen eines familiären Notfalls das Auto starten wollte - war leider nicht möglich. Nachdem ich in ihrer Werkstatt angerufen habe wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich halt warten musste bis der funktionierende Schlüssel wieder in Österreich ist und dann in einer Fachwerkstätte mit den restlichen Schlüssel neu programmiert werden muss. Wenn ich schon ein Auto bei Ihnen kaufe und zig Tausend Euro investiere, kann ich doch erwarten, dass sich der Verkäufer mit dem Modell auskennt und die Schlüssel sperren! Das erklärt die 2 Sterne!!!!!
The seller asked me if I was familiar with automatic transmissions, which was not necessary as the selected car had manual transmissions! When we were picked up, we were given long and wide explanations of AdBlue's handling - our Skoda doesn't need any !!!!!! And the greatest cheek was: of the 3 keys supplied, only one was coded for the car - unfortunately that only found out when my husband was on a business trip with the only working key and I wanted to start the car because of a family emergency - unfortunately it was not possible. After I called their workshop, I was told that I had to wait until the working key was back in Austria and then had to be reprogrammed with the remaining keys in a specialist workshop. If I buy a car from you and invest tens of thousands of euros, I can expect the seller to be familiar with the model and block the keys! That explains the 2 stars !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte eine Panne bei meinem Audi, mir wurde unbürokratisch und prompt weitergeholfen.
Sehr freundliches Gesamtteam! Der Serviceberater ging gleich zum Fahrzeug und machte sofort die Erstdiagnose. So etwas ist heute schon selten, normal heißte es da mal warten und Geduld haben! Dadurch war ich in Rekordzeit wieder Mobile. Besten Dank!

Very friendly overall team! The service advisor went straight to the vehicle and immediately made the initial diagnosis. Something like this is already rare today, normally it means wait and be patient! As a result, I was mobile again in record time. Thank you very much!
