★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 380 Euro für Öl- und Filterwechsel! Pollenfilter wurde bei 20.000km ohne Fragen ausgetauscht. Ich werde die Werkstatt wechseln, obwohl es sehr schade ist, weil das Personal eigentlich sehr nett ist.
 380 euros for oil and filter changes! The pollen filter was replaced at 20,000km without any questions. I will change the workshop, although it is a shame because the staff is actually very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Optisch ist alles sehr schön und schick. Jedoch hatte ich als Kunde nicht das Gefühl das ich gut betreut werde. Ich stand verloren im Geschäft und 4 Mitarbeiter versteckten sich hinter ihren Bildschirmen bis sich einer müßig fühlte und mich fragte was ich den wolle. Tja, ich hab meine Bestellung abgeholt und das passte auch, aber ich weiß nicht ob ich dort jemals ein Auto kaufen werde. Ich teste das später noch mal.
Everything looks very nice and chic. However, as a customer, I didn't have the feeling that I was being well looked after. I was lost in the business and 4 employees hid behind their screens until one of them felt idle and asked me what I wanted. Well, I picked up my order and it worked, but I don't know if I'll ever buy a car there. I'll test this again later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auf dem Weg nach Kroatien hatte unser Wohnmobil-Oldtimer einen Schaden an der Bremsanlage. Sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich, kompetent und schnell wurde der Schaden vom Autohaus Vogl behoben, so dass wir nach wenigen Tagen wunschgemäß unsere Fahrt fortsetzen konnten. Auch ein Mietwagen wurde uns zwischenzeitlich zur Verfügung gestellt. Herzlichen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter/innen, Sie sind ein hervorragendes Team!
On the way to Croatia, our old-timer motorhome had a damaged brake system. Very helpful, friendly, competent and quick, the damage was repaired by the Vogl car dealership, so that after a few days we were able to continue our journey as requested. A rental car has also been made available to us in the meantime. Many thanks to all employees, you are an excellent team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auf meiner Suche nach einem preiswerten und gut ausgestatteten Vorführwagen fand ich mich schlussendlich bei Vogl & Co in Leibnitz am Besten aufgehoben.
Hier hatte man tatsächlich das Gefühl, auch wenn man kein Luxusklasse-Auto kaufen möchte, gut beraten und betreut zu werden. In keinem anderen Autohaus, egal welcher Marke wir waren, hat man sich so unaufdringlich und doch intensiv um uns bemüht!
In diesem Zusammenhang möchte ich ein großes Dankeschön und Lob an Herrn Schönegger da lassen!
Vom ersten Beratungsgespräch, über die Bewertung des einzutauschenden Fahrzeuges, bis hin zur Übergabe des neuen Autos und des dazugehörigen Zubehörs hat uns Herr Schönegger wirklich sehr gut betreut!
Leider ein Stern Abzug für die irreführende Auspreisung am Fahrzeug (Barpreis = Finanzierungspreis ...) und für die eine oder andere kleine Unstimmigkeit in den Verkaufsunterlagen welche für Verwirrung beim Abschluss gesorgt hat.
Nichts desto trotz kam es zum Kaufabschluss und ich bin bis jetzt sehr zufrieden mit meinem neuen Flitzer! :-)

In my search for an inexpensive and well-equipped demonstration car, I found myself in the best of hands at Vogl & Co in Leibnitz.
Here you actually had the feeling that you were receiving good advice and support, even if you didn't want to buy a luxury car. In no other car dealership, no matter what brand we were, they looked after us so unobtrusively and yet intensely!
In this context I would like to leave a big thank you and praise to Mr. Schönegger!
From the first consultation, through the evaluation of the vehicle to be exchanged, to the handover of the new car and the associated accessories, Mr. Schönegger really looked after us very well!
Unfortunately a star deduction for the misleading pricing on the vehicle (cash price = financing price ...) and for one or the other small discrepancy in the sales documents which caused confusion during the conclusion.
Nevertheless, the purchase was made and so far I am very satisfied with my new speedster! :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anfrage wegen Fehlerspeicher an einem Espace JK auslesen (Fahrzeug war mit der Meldung "Einspritzung prüfen" in das Notprogramm gegangen) - erster Vorschlag: ich soll in 3 Tagen kommen...nachdem ich offenbar etwas entsetzt gewirkt hatte ob dieser Antwort, sollte ich das Fahrzeug dann abgeben - man werde dann den Fehlerspeicher nebenbei einmal auslesen...bin dann zum ÖAMTC gefahren: in 5 Minuten war alles erledigt, ohne Termin oder Voranmeldung. Wurde wieder einmal darin bestärkt, Werkstätten zu meiden...da ist noch Potential nach oben vorhanden!
Reading out a request for error memory on an Espace JK (vehicle had gone into the emergency program with the message "Check injection") - first suggestion: I should come in 3 days...after I had apparently seemed a little shocked by this answer, I should Then hand in the vehicle - the error memory will then be read out once...I then drove to the ÖAMTC: everything was done in 5 minutes, without an appointment or prior notification. Was encouraged once again to avoid workshops...there is still potential for improvement!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider werden mündliche Vereinbarungen vom Verkäufer nicht eingehalten!! Ein halbes Jahr muss man um eine Rechnung nachlaufen!! Leider bis heute keine erhalten!!! Man spielt hier auf Zeit damit mündliche Vereinbarungen geleugnet werden können!! Beschämend!! Zum Glück haben wir alle Gespräche per Handy aufgenommen!! Das hat sicherlich strafrechtlich Folgen!
Unfortunately, verbal agreements are not kept by the seller! Half a year you have to run after an invoice!! Unfortunately none received until today!!! You are playing for time here so that verbal agreements can be denied!! Shameful!! Luckily we recorded all conversations via cell phone!! This will definitely have legal consequences!
