G	GmbH Strempfl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben einen neuen Tieflader der Fa. Fliegl gekauft. Nach 2 1/2 Jahren hatte der Tieflader mehrere große Risse im Hauptträger! Das Kennzeichen wurde von der Behörde eingezogen. Die Reparatur dauerte Monate. Niemand fühlte sich zuständig. Die Firmenleitung kümmerte sich nicht, Verkäufer war am Telefon nicht erreichbar. Absolut schlechtes Service. Hirschmugl und Fliegl. Diese Kombination ist ein absolutes Desaster!! We bought a new flatbed truck from Fliegl. After 2 1/2 years the low loader had several large cracks in the main beam! The license plate was withdrawn by the authorities. The repair took months. Nobody felt responsible. The company management did not care, the seller could not be reached on the phone. Absolutely bad service. Hirschmugl and Fliegl. This combination is an absolute disaster !!

Der Herr am Tel war nett und sagte er schaut sofort nach. Da er es nicht gefunden hat fragte er seine Kollegin die dann den Familiebname nicht aussprechen konnte und sagt darauf " ah der JUGO was da war." ich war natürlich in der Leitung. Habe es den Kollegen dann gesagt wie freundlich die Kollegin ist. Er hat sich dann Entschuldigt. Er war aber e nett. Aber Ich finde wir sind alle Menschen egal aus welchem Land. Und natürlich lasse ich mein Auto nicht dort reparieren. After an accident we drove to Hirschmugl in our car. To look at the damage there. Today I called for information. What came out there. The man on the phone was nice and said he'll look immediately. Since he couldn't find it, he asked his colleague who couldn't pronounce the family name and then said "ah, the JUGO what was there." I was on the line, of course. I then told the colleagues how friendly the colleague is. He then apologized. But he was nice. But I think we are all people regardless of the country. And of course I don't have my car repaired there.

Nach einiger Diskussion hat man mich mit einem Gutschein über 48 Euro abgespeist. Sollte ich diesen tatsächlich einlösen beläuft sich die Rechnung immer noch auf 66 Euro! Nachtrag: Das Kabel war NICHT abgerissen und mehr als ausreichend lang für einen neuen Stecker. Ein neues Kabel wurde entsprechend auch nicht verrechnet... Robber barons! For the installation of a 13-pin plug (16 euros each) and the replacement of two lamps (2 euros each), 114 euros were charged after 90 minutes of waiting! After some discussion, I was fobbed off with a voucher for 48 euros. Should I actually redeem it, the bill will still be 66 euros! Addendum: The cable was NOT torn off and was more than long enough for a new connector. A new cable was not charged accordingly ...
