B	Barbara Kapun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ seit dem Umbau ist es optisch zwar schön ABER auch schön langsam und ganz schön schlecht. wenn es so weiter geht bekommen sie höchsten noch den Titel für den schlechtestes MC in der STMK Since the renovation it is visually nice BUT also slowly and pretty bad. if it goes on like this they will get the highest title for the worst MC in the STMK

Müssten alle nach Puntigam zum MC dort ist alles fertig und geht alles viel schneller.Sehr sehr traurig!!!!!!! When ordering you are not understood. It is never finished. You always have to wait. If everyone had to go to Puntigam to the MC there everything is ready and everything goes much faster. Very very sad !!!!!!!

Ein schlechter Scherz für ein „FastFood“ Restaurant ! The waiting times since the reopening are El Witz !!! 30min at the mcdrive even though there are only 4 cars in front of it or else! A bad joke for a "FastFood" restaurant!

Kleiner Tipp für Hungrige - Daneben ist ein Kebabstand - geht schneller und ist besser!!! Worse than ever !!! Half an hour wait and then things are missing ... Little tip for the hungry - Next to it is a kebab distance - goes faster and is better !!!

Bei all den Besuchen seit der Neueröffnung gab es nur 3x keine Beanstandung. Wie in den anderen Rezensionen ersichtlich wiederholt sich bei mir auch nur die Liste mit den üblichen negativen Punkten - fehlende Artikel oder Speisen - kalte, und ich meine damit wirklich kalte Speisen, meist jedoch lauwarm - falsche Artikel oder Speisen sind hier anscheinend normal - Artikel, in dem Fall nachbestellte Saucen, sind gleich gar nicht mehr zum Tisch gebracht worden, obwohl der Steher mit der Nummer für die Zustellung stets gut zu sehen war - immer noch wiederholt lange Wartezeiten - unfreundliches Personal - Sauberkeit der Tische lässt zu wünschen übrig - überfüllte Abstellwagen für die Tablette Vielleicht reagiert ja McDonalds oder die Geschäftsführung der Fa. Kuhn Systemgastronomie und behebt diese Mängel, die in anderen Filialen der Firma nicht bzw. Kaum vorkommen. For system catering with established and proven quality standards, it is almost a sign of poverty in Gralla. With all the visits since the reopening, there were only 3x no complaints. As can be seen in the other reviews, I only repeat the list with the usual negative points - missing items or food - cold, and I mean really cold dishes, but mostly lukewarm - wrong articles or dishes are apparently normal here - Articles, in this case sauces reordered, were no longer brought to the table, although the post with the number for delivery was always clearly visible - still long waiting times - rude staff - The cleanliness of the tables left a lot to be desired - overcrowded storage trolley for the tablet Maybe McDonalds or the management of the Kuhn Systemgastronomie company will react and remedy these shortcomings that do not or hardly occur in other branches of the company.
S	Silke Hofstätter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe heute genau 28 min auf 2 Happy Meals und eine Apfeltasche gewartet ..vll sollte mc donalds das personal das er sich schon für die bestellaufnahme spart ( machen fast alle am terminal ) in den service stellen . Also von Fast Food waren wir da heut weit entfernt Today I waited exactly 28 min for 2 happy meals and an apple bag .. vll mc donalds should the service that he saves for the order (almost everyone at the terminal) in the service. So today we were a long way from fast food

Ich stand heute 40 Minuten beim mc Drive, dann endlich bin ich an der Reihe weiß die Bedienung nicht mehr was ich bestellt habe, muss den Manager holen, dann hat's wieder funktioniert. Dann bei der Essensausgabe bekomm ich nur die Hälfte und muss mich nochmals rechts hin parken und weitere 10 Minuten warten. Und zu guter letzt haben auch noch Sachen gefehlt. So that's not ok. I stood at the mc drive for 40 minutes, then finally it's my turn the waitstaff does not know what I ordered, I have to get the manager, then it worked again. Then at the food distribution I only get half and have to park again right and wait another 10 minutes. And last but not least things were missing.
