Das Personal ist durch und durch freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Essen ausgewogen und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei gewesen. Therapieangebote waren reichhaltig und die Therapeuten alle gut ausgebildet und haben sich mit viel Zeit und Geduld einem gewidmet. Dass man Abends Pool, Sauna und auch Fitnessräume nutzen konnte, fand ich sehr gut. Leider konnte ich die zahlreichen Angebote, die es sonst noch gab, nicht alle nutzen, da die Therapiezeiten es nicht zuliessen. So zum Beispiel der angebotene Kochkurs. Das Vivea Gesundheitshotel Umhausen ist dennoch rundum ein Wohlführerlebnis für Körper, Geist und Seele und ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen! Great hotel in a great location in the middle of the Tyrolean mountains. The staff is thoroughly friendly and helpful, the food is balanced and there was something for every taste. Therapy offers were extensive and the therapists were all well trained and devoted a lot of time and patience to you. I found it very good that you could use the pool, sauna and fitness rooms in the evening. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take advantage of all the other offers that were available because the therapy times didn't allow it. For example the offered cooking course. Nevertheless, the Vivea Health Hotel Umhausen is an all-round wellness experience for body, mind and soul and I can only recommend it!
