★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just spent one night here. Beds are comfortable, rooms are very well maintained. The food is exceptional and the surroundings are amazing. The staff is very polite, without being pushy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Won't return. Extremely unfriendly. Room badly needs updating. Maids missed things everyday. People were the most unfriendly we've seen anywhere. We felt extremely unwelcome. "Village " is limited. You have to go down the moutain to other villages for any other restaurants, bakeries, cafes, stores. The scenery is beautiful but the hospitality is missing. We had a 9 day reservation and I wanted to leave on day 3. Food is pedestrian at best. I have no idea how they received other high reviews unless it's a xenophobic issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The good reviews are accurate! The staff is super friendly and welcoming, service is top-notch. Food is very delicious too, the half-board is perfect cos there's no shops or many restaurants here in the small mountain village of Niederthai as well.
Easy walk to Stuibenfall, beautiful scenery of rolling hills everywhere. The balcony of the rooms in the hotel building faces the Alps, view is amazing. The whole family is super nice and it feels good to support a family business. They gave us candy before we left also, I can't sing enough praises about this place!!
