Temperatur der Dusche nicht regulierbar, Personal tw. arg unfreundlich (ausgenommen Gastro und Etagendienst). Tw. Massenabfertigung, weit weg vom „gehobenen Wellnesshotel“, viel mehr Kuranstalt. Booked alkaline fasting, get acid-forming foods at every meal. Temperature of the shower not adjustable, staff tw. badly unfriendly (except gastro and floor service). Tw. Mass processing, far away from the "upscale wellness hotel", much more spa.

Auch alle anderen Ärzte und Therapeuten sehr professionell - habe viele Tipps für daheim mitbekommen! Das Essen - Sterne Niveau ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, die Umgebung wunderschön und vor allem das ganze Personal angefangen von den Putzkräften bis hinauf , alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Da kann sich manch andere Kureinrichtung ein Beispiel nehmen ! Komme sicher wieder ! Best and most relaxing cure ever ? First spa hotel that could really relieve my pain. Thanks to the therapist Ms. Einsiedler ❤️! All the other doctors and therapists are also very professional - I got a lot of tips for at home! The food - star level ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, the surroundings beautiful and above all the whole staff from the cleaning staff up, all very friendly and courteous! Many other spa facilities can take an example from this! I will definitely come back!

Das Servicepersonal zuvorkommend.Ein Lob an die Küche sowieso. Wellnessbereich super We had a health week and were happy with everything. The therapies and the therapists were all very friendly. The service staff courteous. Praise to the kitchen anyway. Wellness area great
I	I B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 Wochen voller toller Therapien, tolles Essen, super Lage mit ganz vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, Personal wahnsinnig freundlich, Wellness Bereich super schön. Ich habe mich einfach sehr wohl gefühlt und abschalten können. Die Menschen sind immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Salarium sehr zu empfehlen. Es waren drei wunderbare Wochen, in denen ich mich toll erholt habe und auch die Therapien für die Wirbelsäule waren sehr gut. Massage von Bettina war einfach super. Vergebe 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 3 weeks full of great therapies, great food, great location with lots of possibilities for excursions, staff incredibly friendly, wellness area super nice. I just felt very comfortable and was able to switch off. The people are always very friendly and helpful. Salarium highly recommended. It was three wonderful weeks in which I recovered well and the therapies for the spine were also very good. Massage from Bettina was just great. Forgive 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
A	Andrea Nitsch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Lage ist großartig, Bad Goisern und seine Umgebung auf jeden Fall eine Reise Wert Die Therapeuten durchwegs sehr gut, vor allem Bettina kann ich sehr empfehlen. Bei der Bedienung hatte ich Glück, weil ich von Renata betreut wurde. Immer freundlich und zuvorkommend, eine echte Perle! Eine Dame war jedoch sehr resch, das ist nicht jedermanns Sache! Hervorheben möchte ich noch Andrea, die die Tanzeinheiten geleitet hat. Sie ist eine echte Frohnatur und daher macht es mit ihr wirklich Spaß! Was ich als Kritikpunkt anbringen muss ist, dass die Temperaturregulierung in der Dusche nicht optimal war. Einmal warm, dann wieder kalt. Daher ein Stern Abzug, obwohl das Hotel sonst alles bietet. Man muss sich nur im klaren sein, dass es ein Kurhotel ist und daher die Öffnungszeiten "anders" sind. Hervorheben möchte ich noch die gute Küche : 4 Wahlmenüs, darunter auch ein basische Menü das während meines Aufenthalts nur aus Gemüse bestand. The location is great, Bad Goisern and its surroundings are definitely worth a trip The therapists are consistently very good, I can highly recommend Bettina in particular. I was lucky with the service because I was looked after by Renata. Always friendly and courteous, a real gem! However, one lady was very rough, which is not for everyone! I would also like to highlight Andrea, who led the dance units. She is a real happy person and that's why it's really fun with her! What I have to criticize is that the temperature control in the shower was not optimal. Once warm, then cold again. Hence a star deduction, although the hotel offers everything else. You just have to be aware that it is a spa hotel and therefore the opening times are "different". I would like to emphasize the good kitchen: 4 menus to choose from, including a basic menu that only consisted of vegetables during my stay.
E	Emilio Ciapetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, low quality restaurant with very old equipment and glasses most of them damaged. Our suite was cold and they were unable to adjust, so after the second time, the technician gave us two electrical heaters just to have a temporary solution. The mini bar didn't work and they have been obliged to replace it the day after. At the very end we find ourselves obliged to leave one week earlier. I do not recommend this hotel at all not even to my worst enemy.
M	Martin Gajdošík on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lady in reception was really uncompetent, she had problem with basic numbers (counting age from ID card), then she get angry, she was rude and kick out us with fake reasons. She needs some hours of math and also therapy how to handle anger. Wellness is calm and nice, little small, but anyway we will never come again.

Wonderful patio over a big heated pool. For my like a bit too modern for a mountain hotel, but still nice. Good location for outdoor activities.
