★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wifi was not working. The Dinner was not great but ok. The room is good and clean. The staff was nice with me. And the hotel also allow pets which is good for me and other people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms old but ok, forest view is view to a parking lot. No sound proof in rooms. There are also private appartments In the hotel: someone started to drill on Sat. morning at 8. Breakfast ok, not more, bad coffee even cold. On Sat. only buffet was served, which was really bad: you get better food from the gasstations. Service at reception was friendly, but at the restaurant service was mainly unfriendly and bad. Location is far from centrum, so you need a car, which you need at least to eat somewhere else.. Can't recommend to anyone. Not worth of your money!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice staff. Good food and service, best breakfast. Great big room with great shower. Nice walk up through the forest. Nice balcony. Only one night but wish I could stay longer. Btw a swimmingpool and sauna I unfortunately didn't get to try. Good food and service, best breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plus: Very spacious room with amazing view from the balcony. Adult-size bathtub. Great service and welcoming and friendly staff.
Minus: Disappointing, soulless food (we were staying on half board). Missing coffee on our breakfast table.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel was outdated 20 years ago. Very bad smell, specially on hallways. When somebody farted the smell considerably improved. Breakfast was very funny. Juice was served in a glass for schnaps. Bread was half frozen. There was mosquito in a milk jar. Bathrooms deserve a renovation. Soup smels like something old people use. Wifi is slow. Pictures on website are misleading. Thank god we are here for only three days. Not worth the money. Not recommending.
Otherwise, the Wolfgangsee was very nice but far away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel manager Nikolina. She made me feel like family. Beautiful spirit and soul, you can’t just get that anywhere. The spa downstairs was very enjoyable and I especially loved the pool and sauna rooms. The view was incredible. I would strongly recommend staying here if you are looking for a quiet place to relax and reset.
