★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wohl das einzige unternehmen, dass nach dem lockdown keine neuen kunden möchte, weil es zu mühsam ist, eine "versicherung" anzufordern. ein noch unflexibleres unternehmen habe ich überhaupt noch nie erlebt - aber wer nicht will der hat schon.... in diesem sinne - ich kaufe dort nie mehr wieder etwas!
probably the only company that does not want any new customers after the lockdown, because it is too difficult to request "insurance". I have never experienced an even more inflexible company - but if you don't want to, you have already ... in this sense - I will never buy anything there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardan muchísimo en atenderte, en torno a una hora, estando tú solo, te hacen cambiar el camión de muelle después de tanto tiempo, te tienes que descargar tú el camión (debería estar prohibido que el chófer descargue él mismo la mercancía en toda Europa, bajo multa) y dejar la mercancía colocada en el almacén exactamente como ellos quieran.
No les costaba absolutamente nada echar sal en la zona de descargas más próxima a los muelles, estaba todo helado y meter el camión era una odisea que podía haber salido muy mal en numerosas ocasiones.
Por lo menos se esfuerzan en hablar inglés y en darte los papeles con buena cara. Qué menos.

It was absolutely easy for them to add salt to the unloading area closest to the docks, it was all frozen over and putting the truck in was an odyssey that could have gone very wrong on numerous occasions.
At least they make an effort to speak English and to give you the papers with a good face. What less.
