M	Maximilian Putz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Zoll in Österreich ist wie die Elfen am Nordpol, nicht existent. Das dort jemand arbeitet bezweifle ich sehr. Ich bin mir auch ziemlich sicher das der Zoll die interne Lachnummer der Post ist und die ist schon zum Lachen schlecht. Jegliche Kritik oder Frage am Telefon wird wie eine Ahnenbeleidigung aufgenommen. Ich spüre richtig den Fluch der auf mir sitzt. Da wir ja dieses Jahr zum ersten Mal Weihnachten haben konnte man ja nicht wissen das viele Pakete nach Österreich geliefert werden. Das diese Menschen die dort arbeiten überhaupt ein Gehalt bekommen ist die größte Frechheit. Pro angefertigtes Paket sollte bezahlt werden und nicht die Unsummen an Beamtengelder. Peinlich das in einer Weltstadt wie Wien solch mittelalterliche Strukturen noch an der Tagesordnung sind. Ich wünsche den Beamten beim Zoll 3 Wochen Wartezeit in diversesten Lebenslagen. Ah Sie warten auf Ihr Essen? Das wird leider noch abgefertigt. Auskunft können wir keine geben. Beschwerden in den Mülleimer dort drüben. Ah sie haben Schmerzen. Sie bekommen evtl einen Brief dort finden Sie dann alle weiteren Informationen dafür sind wir nicht zuständig. Customs in Austria, like the elves at the North Pole, do not exist. I very much doubt that anyone works there. I'm pretty sure that the customs is the internal laughing number of the post office and it makes you laugh. Any criticism or question on the phone will be treated like an ancestral insult. I really feel the curse sitting on me. Since we have Christmas for the first time this year, you couldn't have known that many parcels would be delivered to Austria. That these people who work there even get a salary is the greatest cheek. You should pay for each package made and not the huge sums of money from officials. It is embarrassing that such medieval structures are still the order of the day in a cosmopolitan city like Vienna. I wish the customs officials 3 weeks' waiting time in various situations. Ah you are waiting for your meal? Unfortunately, this is still being processed. We cannot give any information. Complaints in the trash can over there. Ah they are in pain. S	Sascha L. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wie kann es sein das mein Paket obwohl ich am 06.09.2018 meine Zollerklärung geschickt habe seit einer Woche in Status "Sendung verzollt" steht? Ist das so schwer das Paket nach erfolgter Verzollung an die Post zu übergeben? Letztes mal hat alles gut funktioniert, daher einen Stern mehr. Über die Sinnhaftigkeit des Zolls mal abgesehen... gehört mal der ganze Verein dringend reformiert, das erinnert mich irgendwie an den Österreichischen Rot Funk und die GIS-Mafioso. So hat das sicher keine Zukunft. How can it be that my package has been in the status "Consignment cleared" for a week even though I sent my customs declaration on September 6th, 2018? Is it so difficult to hand over the package to the post office after customs clearance has been completed? Last time everything worked fine, hence one star more. Aside from the usefulness of customs ... the whole association urgently needs to be reformed, that somehow reminds me of the Austrian Rot Funk and the GIS Mafioso. It certainly has no future like this.

Paket im Wert von € 36,-- schwirrt irgendwo seit 11.12. 2018 in Wien herum.Und heute 8.1.2019 ist es noch immer nicht beim Zoll. Bearbeiterin: rufen Sie doch in einer Woche an oder besser in zwei Wochen. Wir arbeiten noch an den Weihnachtspaketen. Wie bitte??? Today I wasted a total of 3 hours of my "short" life pointlessly. Package worth € 36 has been buzzing somewhere since December 11th. Around 2018 in Vienna, and today 8th January 2019 it is still not at customs. Person in charge: Call in a week or, better, in two weeks. We are still working on the Christmas packages. I beg your pardon???

Zuvor war ich ebenfalls 10 min in der Warteschleife und danach wurde einfach aufgelegt. Ein peinlicher Beamtenapparat ist das Ganze - auf der anderen Seite überlegt man sich dreimal, ob man etwas im Ausland bestellt, dass dann im Zoll hängen bleibt - insofern ein effektiver Schutz für österreichische Unternehmen. Nur wenn man sich anschaut, was dort für Gehälter bezahlt werden und wie kundenorientiert das Ganze ist, dann wird einem schon schlecht. Und ich bin mir sicher, dass die überwiegend schlechte Google Bewertung dort auch keinen juckt. Bin übrigens noch immer in der Warteschleife... I have been on hold for 10 minutes - the text on hold is hard to understand because of the noise. Before that, I was also on hold for 10 minutes and then they just hung up. The whole thing is an embarrassing bureaucratic apparatus - on the other hand, you think three times whether you want to order something abroad that is then stuck in customs - insofar an effective protection for Austrian companies. Only when you look at what salaries are paid there and how customer-oriented the whole thing is will you feel sick. And I am sure that the mostly bad Google rating there is not an issue either. By the way, I'm still on hold ...
