★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The "Dolby Cinema" with Atmos was a nice experience. The hall #10 is basically new. It smells like a new car. The comfy leather seats, that recline back are amazing. The quality of the screen is good and the sound is immersive. The time with Joker went by just like that. 4 hours free parking too.
Don't know if there is a caramel popcorn, though. If they don't, I'll update my review to -1 star next time I visit and check)))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great cinema! There's 1 movie per day in original version (like in all cinemas) they have snacks like pop corn (I think I saw that before too) and the location is very nice, just in the station!!
Something fresh about this cinema if that you can ask the staff to bring you dinner and they will bring it to you during the movie!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give 0 stars if it were possible. Showed up early with tickets already purchased, and was met with a sea of people standing around waiting to get into the theaters. Majority were not told why they had to wait. No effort was made to keep people socially distanced and everyone was close enough to each other to breathe on. Many people were sneaking into the theater because only 1 worker was doing covid checks. Once we got in, people were still packed like sardines because there was no distinguishable line between people at the snack counter and people trying to get into their theaters. No one informed anyone of anything, walked in 15 minutes late into the movie and all they had for an explanation was “it’s December 30th, what do you expect?”
Every other theater I’ve been to in Vienna is much nicer and better organized. If you don’t want to accidentally catch something bumping into dozens of people who possibly didn’t have their covid passes checked, I would avoid this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This cinema is in a perfect place regarding public transportation, parking, shopping, restaurants, bars... Nice staff, especially Kathi (? - that's the name I heard when they were calling her). I accidentally bought the wrong tickets online but Kathi fixed it immediately. Thx!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good movie theater. It is clean and not too crowded. However, the popcorn is wayyy too salty and the staff checking tickets are unfriendly. Also, the bathroom is not clean and no toilet paper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like movies. Great every time except for that one time they weren't allowed to sell food for the evening. We ordered tickets in advance so would be cool if there was a message when reserving the tickets if something like that were happening. Either way I like movies. Black card boiiii.
