★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful cinema and one of only few left, that show actual 70mm projections of major motion pictures, such as Lawrence of Arabia and 2001. If you're a movie fan, you owe it to yourself, to give this one a try, especially in 70mm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the nicest cinemas in Vienna. 700 seats, nice waiting area with pretty good bar, comfortable seats. Usually taken for the opening of the International film festival on human rights "this human world".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had tickets for a movie, bought online in advance, but unfortunately arrived one minute too late.
As it was a premiere movie and the director was here, they of course wouldn’t let us in - this we understand respect. But we had no help of getting our tickets refunded or better swapped to another show during the week, where the movie is shown
The service peeps sad with their feet’s on the table and just smiled smugged and sad it was not their issue
For sure never coming back to such a unprofessional place.

In no way I’m thinking of changing my one star rating. With your level of service and with your attitude towards guest I simply can’t see you even deserve one star. Be sure I have told whoever I think may go to your Kino about this experience
This is not a question about tickets being lost or us not getting into to the show (although another person was allowed in 25 second before while we had our tickets being printed), it’s a question of your lack of service and arrogant attitude. Sitting with the feet’s on the table, come on..
