Parkplatzangebot teuer, typisch Wien... zuviel grüngefärbte Politik.
Körperbehinderte, die auf's Auto angewiesen sind, um am Leben teilnehmen zu können, werden diskreminiert.
 Nice urban place with great architecture, wonderful residential area.
Parking lot expensive, typical Vienna ... too much green colored policy.
Disabled people who depend on the car to participate in life are discriminated against.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr genialer Bürostandort. Da es keinen Autoverkehr, ist es sehr ruhig und chillig. Netter See in der Mitte. Sehr genial um die Mittagspause zu verbringen. Die Mitarbeiter v sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage ist immer sehr sauber. Zentral mit der U2 erreichbar. Nette gute Gastronomie. Vis a vis von der WU mit all den Annehmlichkeiten.
Very brilliant office location. Since there is no car traffic, it is very quiet and chilled out. Nice lake in the middle. Very awesome to spend the lunch break. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The facility is always very clean. Accessible centrally with the U2. Nice good gastronomy. Vis a vis from WU with all the amenities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier wurden zum Wohle der Spekulanten/Investoren viele alte Bäume einfach gerodet und historische Gebäude vernichtet bzw. verschandelt. Alle die jetzt davon profitieren, machen das auf Kosten aller Wiener und Wienerinnen. Shame on you!
Here, for the benefit of the speculators / investors, many old trees were simply cleared and historic buildings destroyed or ruined. Everyone who benefits from it now does so at the expense of all Viennese. Shame on you!
