Außerdem kann man als kunde nicht in das büro kommen, da es keine klingel gibt und der schalter unbesetzt ist. Mitarbeiter öffnen die türe auch nicht, wenn man gesehen wird Employees unreachable, uninformed, unfriendly and with supposedly goodwill that does not come true. Überhebliche, unwissende Mitarbeiter welche nicht einmal versuchen für den Kunden da zu sein. Probleme und Anfragen werden nicht bearbeitet und Mails nicht beantwortet. Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen in keine der von diesem Unternehmen angebotenen Immobilien einzuziehen. Sobald der Mietvertrag unterzeichnet ist wird man für unmündig erklärt und nicht mehr angehört, Hauptsache die Miete kommt regelmäßig. Ich bin selber seit über 30 Jahren in Einzelhandels- und Dienstleistungsbereichen tätig, zudem Jurist und aktiver Vebraucherschützer. In diesen Funktionen kann ich nur eindringlich vor dieser Firma und allen damit in Zusammenhang stehenden Firmenkonstrukten warnen! Auf Anfragen wird nur kurz oder gar nicht reagiert, oder es wird zu Anfragen nur argumentiert "Der Eigentümer wünscht das nicht". Wenn man zu Eigentümer oder Vermieter Kontakt knüpfen möchte, wird man abgeschasselt. Die Vermieterfirma des Objektes meiner Schwiegermutter (welche sich mit knapp 90 nicht mehr selber wehren kann) ist eine nur in DE am Papier existierenden Firma, lediglich mit einer Adresse, ohne E-Mail-, oder Telefonkontakt, sodass man keine Chance hat, an der Verwaltungsfirma vorbei einmal mit seriösen Personen sprechen zu können. Alles sehr undurchsichtig und ich kann mich nur einem Vorredner anschließen: Achtung vor Objekten dieser Firmenkonstrukte!
