★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wie eine Hühner-Legebatterie. Soll heißen: Gesichtslose Betonblocks in hässlicher Gegend zwischen Autobahn und Gleisen am Rande der Stadt eingezwängt. Astronomische Quadratmeterpreise für Miniapartements wie sonst nur im 1. Bezirk. Wer will sowas? Einziger Gesichtspunkt bei der Planung war anscheinend maximaler Gewinn ? Da gibt es in den Innenbezirken Größeres und Schöneres viel zentraler & günstiger!
Like a chicken battery. Meaning: faceless concrete blocks in an ugly area wedged between the freeway and the railroad tracks on the outskirts of the city. Astronomical square meter prices for mini apartments, as otherwise only in the 1st district. Who wants that? The only aspect in the planning was apparently maximum profit ? There are bigger and nicer things in the inner districts that are much more central and cheaper!
