★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ist nicht zu empfehlen.. 8 Stunden in der Warteschleife um dann zuhören, dass die Supportzeiten nun vorbei sind. Und wenn man sich denkt das man ein Support Ticket schreibt.. bringt genau so wenig hab seit 2 Monaten keine Rückmeldung...
 Is not recommended .. 8 hours in the queue to then listen that the support times are now over. And if you think you are writing a support ticket .. just as little has had no feedback for 2 months ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NICHT ANZURATEN:
- Umständlich und langwierig in der Betreuung.
- Es war uns nicht möglich unsere IMAP Mailadressen selbst anzulegen und die Passwörter selbst (!) zu vergeben, das Einrichten hat doch immer mehrere Tage gedauert.
- Kein Überblick für uns als Kunde welche Mailadressen angelegt wurden, teilweise wurde auf Löschung von alten Mailadressen vergessen und diese dann verrechnet.
- Schlechter Support, kaum telefonische Erreichbarkeit. Gehen die E-Mails nicht dann praktisch kein Support.
- Kündigung war eher schwierig, es wurde nur eine bestimmte Form akzeptiert.
- Für eine zweite Erstellung eines AUTH-Codes wurden € 20,- verrechnet, natürlich nur gegen Vorauskasse.
NOT RECOMMENDED:
- Cumbersome and tedious to look after.
- It was not possible for us to create our IMAP mail addresses ourselves and to assign the passwords ourselves (!), The setup always took several days.
- No overview for us as a customer of which e-mail addresses were created, in some cases we forgot to delete old e-mail addresses and these were then offset.
- Bad support, hardly available by phone. If the e-mails don't go then there is practically no support.
- Termination was rather difficult, only a certain form was accepted.
- For a second creation of an AUTH-Code, € 20, - was charged, of course only against prepayment.
