Es war schnell klar, dass das Produkt Informance ONE genau unsere Anforderungen erfüllt. Wir haben gesehenn, OK, es gibt auch kostenlose Programme die eine Website oder einen Shop mitbringen. Aber die Bedienung hat uns einfach besser gefallen und man kann das Produkt gut erweitern. Der Support von Informance klärt die meisten Tickets noch am selben Tag. Our website or webshop has been supported by Informance for several years now. It quickly became clear that the Informance ONE product met our exact requirements. We have seen, OK, there are also free programs that bring a website or a shop. But the operation we just liked better and you can expand the product well. Informance support clears most tickets on the same day.

Das ist Service vom höchsten Niveau (Achtung Ironie). Würde am liebsten 0 Sterne geben, aber ist leider nicht möglich. You call, someone answers without a hello without a name, I ask for the GF and there is a "No, you are wrong and just hang up". This is service of the highest level (attention irony). Would like to give 0 stars, but is unfortunately not possible.

Ich kann das Paket aus Content-Management , CRM und Shop System nur empfehlen da alles ineinander greift und wir nun viel weniger Kommunikationsaufwand haben. Ein Kunde hat mir dann Informance empfohlen und da hat man von Anfang an gemerkt: Die haben einen ganz anderen Zugang. Seit Informance unser Online Marketing übernommen hat sind unsere Google Kosten auf einen Bruchteil gesunken, es rufen in manchen Monaten aber sogar mehr Leute wegen Besichtigungen an. Kann man nur empfehlen. For years we have invested large amounts every month in Google Adwords because we thought that had to be the case if you want to be found. A customer then recommended Informance to me and you noticed right from the start: They have a completely different approach. Since Informance took over our online marketing, our Google costs have dropped to a fraction, but in some months even more people are calling about viewings. I can only recommend it.
