F	Faktowo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ die ärztin ist super aber die empfangsdame ist einer der unangenehmsten menschen die mir in meinem leben in wien untergekommen sind und das ist nicht nur meine meinung. extrem assozial und sie glaubt sie ist was besseres, lässt mich extra warten und sagt mir das noch ins gesicht und lacht auch noch. sadistische frau welche sicher nicht in einer arztpraxis arbeiten sollte. kaum zu glauben dass im jahr 2020 in wien solche menschen am empfang stehen. ich habe um die 6 mal kontakt mit ihr gehabt und jedes mal habe ich mich gewundert warum sie noch hier arbeitet the doctor is great but the receptionist is one of the most unpleasant people I have encountered in my life in vienna and that is not just my opinion. extremely social and she thinks she is something better, makes me wait extra and tells me that in the face and laughs too. sadistic woman who certainly shouldn't work in a doctor's office. Hard to believe that in 2020 such people will be at the reception in Vienna. I have had contact with her about 6 times and every time I was wondering why she still works here

C	Carina Hladovsky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schwester Sonja als Ordinationsassistentin ist zu jederzeit sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und lässt sich auch in stressigen Momenten nicht aus der Ruhe bringen. Wartezeiten werden so kurz als möglich gehalten, allerdings wird man von Fr. Dr. Sonnleitner immer genau untersucht und behandelt. Sie nimmt sich wirklich ausreichend Zeit für jeden Patienten. Seit ca. 15 Jahren bin ich eine äußerst zufriedene Patientin und könnte mir keine bessere Hausärztin vorstellen. ? Sister Sonja as the doctor's assistant is always very friendly and courteous and does not allow herself to be disturbed even in stressful moments. Waiting times are kept as short as possible, but Ms. Dr. Sonnleitner always carefully examined and treated. She really takes enough time for each patient. I have been an extremely satisfied patient for about 15 years and could not imagine a better family doctor. ?
I	Ihsan Yavuz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben heute einen schnellen Termin bekommen. Wartezeit ist schon akzeptabel. Frau Assistentin ist sehr behilflich und freundlich. Wir haben uns wegen unserer kleinen Tochter circa 20 Min. verspätet und sie hat nur höflich gebeten zum nächsten mal darauf zu achten. In Wien ist es leider Tag zu Tag schwierig solche höflichen Menschen zu finden. Frau Ärztin hat sich auch sehr gut gekümmert. Also wir haben unsere neue Hausärztin gefunden :) We got a quick appointment today. Waiting time is already acceptable. The assistant is very helpful and friendly. We were about 20 minutes late because of our little daughter and she only asked politely to pay attention to it the next time. In Vienna it is unfortunately difficult to find such polite people every day. Ms. doctor also took very good care. So we have found our new family doctor :)
s	sandra p on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ärztinnen TOP, zum Glück wurde die Rezeptionistin (die jetzt ca. 1 Jahr war) ausgetauscht weil sie eine Katastrophe war! Es ist schwer in Wien gute Ärzte zu finden und hier sind gleich 2 davon. Sehr kompetent und sie nehmen sich Zeit! Die frührere Rezeptionistin ( ich glaube Isabela) war auch super ABER die danach eine Katastrophe, sagt zu allem NEIN und ist unfreundlich. Wie gesagt es ist zum Glück jetzt eine Andere da! Beispiel: ich habe die Ärztin gefragt bzgl. EKG nach der Blutabnahme, komme also in die Praxis mit Termin. Sagt sie zu mir, dass geht nicht! Nachdem ich mit ihr diskutiert habe und sie 5x Nein gesagt hat. Sagt sie es geht aber nicht gleich danach, wovon nie die Rede war??? Es gab noch mehrere solcher unkompetente, unfreundliche Situationen mit ihr. Doctors TOP, luckily the receptionist (who was now about 1 year old) was replaced because she was a disaster! It is difficult to find good doctors in Vienna and here are two of them. Very competent and they take their time! The former receptionist (I think Isabela) was also great BUT the one after that was a disaster, says NO to everything and is unfriendly. As I said, luckily there is now someone else! Example: I asked the doctor about the EKG after the blood test, so I come to the practice with an appointment. She says to me that it doesn't work! After I discussed with her and she said no 5 times. Does she say it doesn't work immediately afterwards, which was never mentioned ??? There were several such incompetent, unfriendly situations with her.

Doc. nimmt sich Zeit und geht auf die Wünsche/Beschwerden ein :)) Und bei der Blutabnahme gibt es sogut wie keine Wartezeit. Laborant ist schnell und treffsicher. Kann ich weiterempfehlen! Great competent ordination. The new receptionist works very quickly, is very friendly and hard-working. The Ms. Doc. takes his time and responds to the wishes / complaints :)) And there is practically no waiting time for the blood sample. Laboratory technician is quick and accurate. I can recommend it!
g	gabriele Stupar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganz tolle Ärztin. Sehr kompetent und genau. Hat immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht und Verständnis für alle Probleme. Sie nimmt sich immer genug Zeit. Ausserdem ist sie bei Notwendigkeit sehr gut mit Spezialisten vernetzt. Ihre Assistentin hat meinem Mann das Leben gerettet. Hätte Sie ihm nicht dazu gedrängt, den Prostatawert anlässlich einer normalen Blutbefundermittlung feststellen zu lassen, wäre sein Prostatakrebs viel zu spät erkannt worden. Dies ist mittlerweile schon 4 Jahre her. Nach Bestrahlung geht es ihm sehr gut. Great doctor. Very competent and accurate. Always has a smile on his face and understanding for all problems. She always takes enough time. In addition, she is very well networked with specialists if necessary. Your assistant saved my husband's life. If you hadn't urged him to have the prostate value determined on the occasion of a normal blood test, his prostate cancer would have been diagnosed far too late. That was 4 years ago. He is doing very well after irradiation.
