There were a snow storm and the snow went under the bonnet and the car stopped.my insurance company took me there.they said we have to wait 3hours 'till the snow melt and after they gonna check.They wanted me to pay more that 300€ for this three hours, and after for the reparation.i was silly not to try take off the snow by my hand but they told me not to do because I can ruin the motor of my car.it was a lie.i refused their offer because I know it is a robbery to pay 300€ just because the car is waiting in their garage.when I ask them that don't you think this price is too high for the time when you not even working on the car?he said no,this is Austria.I came from Hungary, which is a poorer country...i told them sorry,but I live in Switzerland, I know exactly the prices there, which is lower...anyway someone come to pic up my car with a trailer, and later I took of the snow by my hand and the car was working...so it would have been possible to help me during a 30min period and see if the car was working...but they chose to ask me 300€ and Min 3 hours wait, because I was in a trouble and they thought I do not have any other option/help. I do not reccomend to use their service!
