Al día siguiente a las 9 de la mañana vinieron a cobrar en efectivo. Los sofás camas estaban estropeados y éramos 6 personas para 4 camas, aunque publicitan que era para 6. Cuál es mi sorpresa cuando me llega un cargo del apartamento por 600 euros porque el propietario dice que le hemos roto el sofá. Nos hace el cargo horas después de abandonar el establecimiento, sin mediar explicación, sin justificación y con la convivencia de Booking que en todo momento ha pasado del tema. Basta decir que por supuesto nosotros no hemos realizado ningún echo que pueda suponer un daño como nos acusa el propietario. Me resulta muy sospechoso que le mandemos emails y no conteste y que abandonemos la vivienda a las 9 y a las 17,00 nos realice el cargo que ha sido por esa cantidad como podría a ver sido por otra, vamos que se va ha comprar un sofá a mí costa.Es la primera vez en mi vida que me pasa algo semejante después de llevar años viajando. Le hemos puesto una denuncia al propietario de los apartamentos y por supuesto jamás voy a volver a utilizar Booking ya que los considero responsables subsidiarios, son ellos con los que contrato el servicio y cobran por ello, claro al propietario que es quien les paga. What is my surprise when I receive a charge of the apartment for 600 euros because the owner says that we have broken the sofa. He makes us the charge hours after leaving the establishment, without explanation, without justification and with the coexistence of Booking that at all times has passed the subject. Suffice it to say that of course we have not carried out any action that could cause damage as the owner accuses us. I find it very suspicious that we send him emails and he does not answer and that we leave the house at 9 o'clock and at 5:00 p.m. make us the charge that has been for that amount as it could have been for another, we are going to buy a sofa at my expense, it's the first time in my life that something like this has happened to me after years of traveling. We have filed a complaint with the owner of the apartments and of course I will never use Booking again since I consider them subsidiary responsible, they are the ones with whom I contract the service and they charge for it, of course the owner who is the one who pays them.

Так как отели в Вене очень дорогие, мы решили забронировать эти апартаменты за 200 евро 3 ночи. Очень приятное место. Чисто и уютно, пол с подогревом. Апартаменты представляют собой небольшой домик прямо во дворе многоквартирного дома. Единственное: пришлось звонить по номеру телефона, ибо звонок у них не работает, а в номере не оказалось заявленной гладильной доски и утюга. Все остальное в порядке. Район действительно так себе: много мигрантов из Азии и Ближнего Востока, что непривычно для русского человека. Впрочем, проблем не было с этим. Рядом супермаркеты, где можно купить продукты для готовки. Советую. Nice apartments. Far from the center, but the nearest station is Keplerplatz, a kilometer walk. Near supermarkets where you can buy products for cooking. I advise.
